A great hotel, wonderful and nice staff that made it much easier during the 14 days quarantine (5 days more to go😬). Highly organised services, the choice of food is healthy and tasty and more than enough.
Big thanks to everyone here for their compassion, cooperative attitude and the care they show to all of us in quarantine ❤️.

Being stuck in a room for 2 weeks with 3 kids, was even difficult to think of, but Peppers team made us so comfortable. The kids were kept busy and us too. Thank you team Peppers❤️

Just checked into quarantine after arriving from overseas.
So far I have been impressed by the level of service from the reception staff. They changed my room allocation so I could have a small balcony to smoke on, delivered a much needed 6 pack and arranged a replacement USB room charger very quickly. Very pleased with the spacious room and bathroom with tub and separate shower.
After being trapped overseas in Kazakhstan and Turkey for 12 months, Peppers has so far provided me with a much needed respite from the COVID conditions endured, that most Australians here would not understand.

The team looked after returning Australians very well. Very thoughtful and kind and did their very best to accommodate everyone's needs, including vegan diets. The hotel itself is nice and I'm sure it would be a great place to stay in all circumstances. Thanks to the team!

I am in quarantine at the Peppers hotel! If you are sent here to quarantine DO NOT COME! PLEASE ASK TO BE TAKEN ELSE WHERE ANYWHERE BUT HERE! THE STAFF HAS TREATED US LIKE ABSOLUTE CRAP! From the day we got here we were not allow to speak our minds not allowed to cry not allowed to voice how we feel because they threatened to take us by ambulance to the mental facility! THIS HAPPENED TO ME 5 times! I had police and army come up to my door telling me they would take me and lock me in a padded room! I have done two tests and they are negative. I have a letter from my SPECIALIST saying I crucially need to quarantine at home sent it to SA COVID EXEMPTIONS With no reply! I have done my 14 days and because of the crap that happened they demanded we stay longer. We are in the clear! The staff have been affected so obviously they do not hold a proper health system here! Why do we have to suffer? I get no answers none of us have answers! Half of the people that I travelled with on the 11th had been moved because of the crap so called outbreak are exempt to leave! WHY? Why? We DEMAND ANSWERS! NOTHING MAKES SENSE! Weren’t we all in the same hotel? Who says they are in the clear? They are exempt and I am not? I need someone to tell me how they make the rules! I am ready to tell my story about how we are treated in here to anyone that will listen!

Had a great night here after the Queen concert. Very lovely rooms and fantastic front desk staff and very friendly service staff — shared a lift with a lady who was very friendly and we had a nice chat. Ten out of ten.

Christopher who helped us with our bags and told us of the wonderful places to visit, with his friendly smile and welcoming attitude it makes me feel at home and maddie at the bar servicing us our coffee in the morning and our lunch I know my partner and I will never forget this hotel but most of all the very friendly service and smiles. Thank you all so very much for making our what will be the last holiday for a long time one to definitely remember.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Surrounded by loads of great eateries. Everything is an easy walk to get to and the room is amazing. Totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Adelaide. Great rates too!

Convenience and Comfort. The team was helpful right from checking in all the way to check out. Definitely seems like a hidden gem of hotels with in the city.

As soon as you walk into the lobby of this place you just smile and feel god about yourself. But then to top it off, the food is amazing, the service is phenomenal, the rooms are well presented and the cleanliness of this place is spot on!

This was our second stay at Peppers this year. The suites have a nice big layout, free foxtel channels, a cool bathroom and personally, I thought the staff were really helpful. We were extremely pleased :)

Great venue to have you professional event. Recently attended a professional development session in their conference room. The size of the rooms was just right for the amount of people in our group. The attentive nature of the staff was fantastic and the included catering from onsite was great aswell.

We stayed in a Delux suite room which they upgraded us to, room was immaculate and service was superb. The favourite hotel my partner and I have stayed at in Adelaide. I can't recommend it highly enough. Looking forward to our next stay.

Convenient location right in the city centre, with plenty of parking. Waymouth street is close to the action, but not so close you have to put up with excess noise. Hotel has a policy about "Room parties" and 9pm guest curfew on weekends. Hotel is a little over 10 years old, but is well maintained and the service is just as good as day 1.

It’s a good property and good location but didn’t like the carpet. Look quite old and stain. The hotel should provide slippers. Also the bed didn’t feel much comfortable. However the bathroom is really nice and spacious.

Hotel is in what seems like a “quiet” location however due to the road works outside and the Union Pub opposite, there were times when it was anything but quiet. Didn’t like that we could hear other guests moving about and closing doors near our room. Soundproofing doesn’t seem very strong here perhaps? The room is average. I like the big bathroom. Seems like the hotel could do with an update as it looks slightly older. The housekeeping could have done a better job as they didn’t clean the hairs left in the bathtub and didn’t remove the rubbish from our room! It was left tied up in a bag. We had to ask Reception to send someone to remove it. They only gave us 1 x new bath sheet towel and not 2. Little things like this add up to the experience. Was recommended to stay here by one of my husband’s colleagues. Don’t think we will return as we prefer another hotel over this in Adelaide. Staff seemed nice.

It has a nice atmosphere. Rooms are clean and a good size. Friendly and very helpful staff. Close to the shops and public transport — definitely a plus! Buffet breakfast was good but the same menu as we have found in lesser quality accommodation.

This place was fantastic. Every single staff member was attentive and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious and the pool/spa were adequate. Didn't try the in house restaurant as there are plenty of other places in the city, especially breakfast. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Adelaide.

I was on the fifth floor. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were great. The cocktails were also good and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Location great. Room drain had a smell (otherwise 4 star) but room was good. Tip: cheaper parking directly across the road.

A fantastic 4 star hotel, didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Having stayed at quite a few hotels recently, the rooms here just didn't feel like they had any special luxury to them. Any service (parking, laundry) is billed separately (pro tip, the car parks around are heaps cheaper). At some point, called staff to request some items, was made to feel like I was bothering them. Room's bathroom had some issues with it. Overall, not a bad experience, makes me doubt what 5 star means however.

This place is amazing definitely worth it & the Staff are friendly & give the best customer service too. I would recommend everyone to come here the rooms are very clean, they have the most comfortable beds & the rooms are beautiful will be back soon.

Lovely hotel! Staff was super friendly, and rooms were great. Free coffee capsule each which was a nice touch. Beware of the building across the road. It acts like a mirror which lets you see into any other room with open curtians.

One of the best hotels of our travels!

Great place to stay, nice and central. For the price though, I would expect a better bed. Our bed was a king and both myself and my partner rolled into the middle of the bed, staying for 3 nights this was an issue. If it was a quick stay I could have put up with it. Otherwise, very friendly staff and great facilities.

Great hotel with swimming pool and sauna.

This hotel has had a few name changes in its time yet remained a great place to stay. Breakfast is wonderful. Service great.

Great hotel. Fantastic location — 5-10 minutes away from Adelaide Central Markets, Rundle Mall and various cafes. Very clean and beautifully designed rooms. There is a lovely pool, gym and spa on site which was great (so we got a chance to work out some of the things we had eaten). Staff are very friendly and smily. Great place to stay at!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Peppers Hotel Waymouth! We loved the beautiful bathrooms and amazing deep baths. The bed was very comfy. The lounge room area was lovely to snuggle up and watch a movie. Balcony was nice, would have been a bit better it there was chairs on the balcony. The staff were the best, very helpful! My only gripe was when we had breakfast the hot food was a bit cold. But it was still nice with a large variety of things to have. We will be back for sure! 5 ⛧⛧⛧⛧⛧

The room was nice and clean. The service was mostly excellent. Location is great for CBD and parks and shopping. The breakfast was good but not excellent. I would return.

Great hotel for a quick weekend getaway or even longer. With fantastic quick friendly service from the staff and perfect facilities which make you feel right at home. Will definitely be returning.

This hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the Adelaide Central Market, Rundel Mall and Chinatown. Rooms are fairly large and well maintained. House keeping staff are very good at their jobs. Very clean and amenities good quality. One restaurant and a cafe. Indoor swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi. There is a gym with usual equipment. We found the staff helpful and friendly. Free Wi-Fi with fast speed. Bathroom fairly big with shower and bathtub. Definitely will stay there again.

I stayed last night for a business overnight stay and was super happy with the staff. They were kind, couteous and friendly. However, was not happy with the room or the facilities in the room. Checked in after work at 6pm. Went looking for information about the facilities they offered at the hotel i. E normal A4 binder you find at all hotels with info on how to work tv, what restaurants offer, where the facilities are and found nothing. Tried to sign in on Wi-Fi to see if anything on there website gave me any info… nup. Decided to go for a walk in the city instead. Got back to room around 9ish. Then hunger set in. Rang and asked if I could go to restaurant as open till 10pm as all signs said this and was told no closed. Ordered room service and was average meal for $50. Then looked where I could sit to eat my meal in front of TV only option bed but couldn't work the TV out and bad reception. Cest la vie… Then when I needed to charge my phone next to the bed so I could use it there were no power points next to the bed… Then when I laid on the bed I could feel that it was two twins pushed together and there was a lump in the middle of the bed all night. Then when I wanted to set the sleep timer on the remote control for the TV it didn't work. All up I would not recommend other than the lovely staff.

Lovely hotel in central part of Adelaide. Easy access to most Adelaide city attractions and lovely hotel rooms with nice touches as expected in a luxury hotel. The restaurants are good although service can be a little slow at times. Lovely indoor pool and spa area with gym and sauna to relax in but not much seating in the pool area. Staff are always welcoming and helpful.

Stayed here for work recently and was very happy. It's in a great location, the staff were very helpful and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

After paying 999 for a 1 night to stay in a Penthouse Suite to get away from the god awful Adelaide Paringa (everything was booked out). It was by far the most memorable experience of my life. Visiting a heap of hotels. The concierge/reception were super, super nice and warm. Michelle and her duty manager did an outstanding job accomodating us. The room was magnificent. We stayed in the deluxe room for 419 the night after and it did not disappoint one bit. I still felt like I was in a Penthouse Suite. People and location are awesome 6/5 stars for Peppers. Definitely worth the money! Thank you.

The room itself was lovely and quite unexpected. Unfortunately this was let down by the food at the breakfast buffet on Level 1 (I forget the name of the restaurant). The food (bacon, eggs, tomato etc) was cold and tasteless. It was such a disappointment that I ate at the ground floor cafe (Barketta) on the following day and the food was much better. Dinner at Barketta both nights was amazing (steak and chicken dishes). I didn't go to Level 1 as there was nothing on the menu that remotely appealed. Sadly, to top it all off, the hotel has not automatically removed the holding deposit placed on my credit card (this was a work trip) and I have had to call them to ask for it to be removed (not the case with others I have stayed at). Totally shocked to be told this will take a week and a half. Been advised that they manually have to contact the bank to remove this sooner. What a crock!

Peppers Waymouth is a centrally located that is clean and tidy. The bathroom is particularly nice and spacious since there is a seperate shower and bath. The hotel itself is a little older so there are a few hints here and there that it is slightly dated but it doesn't really detract from the overall experience. I was however surprised the rooms did not provide slippers for guests. The hotel facilities are great as there is a pool and gym for patron usage.

Staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. My room was immaculate, even though it was the cheapest offered. Generous sized room, good Wi-Fi speeds, and the restaurant serves a range of tasty meals.

Very nice hotel, we were in the suite with a view bathroom, the only flaw; The heating that nn we could check it and the parking very expensive $35 per night…

Large rooms and well equipped facilities. Location is good with close proximity to restaurants and nightlife. Could do with a bit of an update. Staff efficient if not a bit surly.

I love this hotel. Very central location. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Internal décor is classy. The first floor pool and spa are well worth a visit.

Really loved the room and the pool. Breakfast was kinda good, I'd probably go out to a cafe nearby after a few days. The sauna needs to be hotter! And you have to wait a while for it to get remotely warm. The gym is small but okay. The room was the high point. Quite big and even had a little balcony with opening window.

My stay at Peppers Waymouth Hotel was wonderful. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful, even at the dead hours of the morning. The room was comfortable and spacious, and had all the necessities for a great stay. My only gripe would be the lack of fresh air from being unable to open the windows but the internal AC keeps the circulation running. The location is central and is a cool 10minute walk to Rundell Mall. I would definitely recommend this place for people looking to stay in Adelaide.

Had a most wonderful 3 night stay over the weekend. Concierge were bright happy friendly and welcoming on our arrival and every time we came and went from Peppers. Reception staff equally bright happy friendly and welcoming. Our delux room was amazing and our bathroom was just gorgeous and probably the most cleanest sparkliest bathroom we have had in any accommodation bathroom it is an absolute credit to the cleaners to have a bathroom with so much glass/mirror in it be so clean and shinny. A very spacious room, comfy bed and pillows and a beautiful view. We enjoyed the comforts of the Bar on ground floor and also enjoyed a very yummy full Buffet brekky in restaurant on level 1. Unfortunately we didn't get to try a dinner meal but I can only assume it would be a great meal. Thank you to all staff who made our stay so wonderful, happy and enjoyable. What an amazing team management has with you all. Have already started recommending peppers to friends and family and will continue do to so.

Very centrally located and a short walk to excellent food. Really well fitted room, big bathroom with a huge bathtub. Speedy check in and out. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus!

This place seems pretty swish. Valet parking, fancy elevators, nice rooms and big bathrooms. Each room also seems to have a balcony from what I can tell. Storage seems to be lacking a bit, they could do with a stand for a second suitcase and/or some additional drawers. I was here with my family and we ended up with bags and clothes spread across the floor.

Stayed in a Deluxe Suitenwith SLA, beautiful view, excellent service from staff, would recommend to all.

The following aspects of the hotel are great: the location, the concierge service, the pool and spa, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Those are all 5 — star quality. The one major problem is the bed in our room was uncomfortable. Uncomfortable enough that I have to downgrade to 4 stars. Replacing the beds should be a top priority for this hotel.

The room was big and clean. The bathroom was also big and modern but had no bath. 6 cars backed up at valet but I still got in eventually. Didn't get a chance to checkout the pool. The breakfast buffet was cooked well and plenty of choice.

Room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous. When we got there nobody was at the door to greet us. Multiple times when I wanted to speak to reception nobody was on the reception desk. Informed reception that the bathroom near the bar was dirty and needed cleaning and went back to use it again about 14 hours later and it was still filthy. TV reception was worse than standard def.

From the warm welcome from the valet to our final breakfast at departure every moment was wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive; breakfast was delicious and the bathroom products were so good I'm going to buying some for home.

Location is great and the room was fine although the bathroom had the occasional smell of sewage. Breakfast was ok but the service team forgot my egg order. Overall it was fine just a couple of glitches.

Location: It is brilliant and it is very close to rundle mall and Chinatown. Rooms: It was awesome and different with the see through glass through the bathroom. Love the balcony as well. Make sure you get a higher floor. Service: It was a really good service starting from concierge to reception (Upgraded for free) Unsure about F&B because I did not use the restaurant. In all I'd say the hotel is truely amazing with aa 5 star service but i'd rate the hotel 4.5 because I had problems with the TV and safe and had no robes.

We booked this hotel two months ago. Arrived on Saturday (Sept 19th) looked up the hotel on Google to get the address found the hotel we had booked was now closed, now stressing my wife out that we had just lost our money). Went to the location found it had changed names. Would have helped to have known this prior… Staff very polite and easy going. Our booking was for three nights. First night (Saturday) we thought we might dine at the hotel restaurant, Nope closed on Saturday nights (what! ) this is a 5 star hotel. Spent the second day looking around the beautiful city, came back to our room, only to be locked out, somehow we had our access removed. Whilst I was sorting this out my wife went to the lobby bathrooms only to be covered in water from a faulty tap!. Our stay was enjoyable, the city is beautiful, but considering we paid for a 5 star hotel the experience was not 5 star.

This was the best place to spend our honeymoon. That was a gift from husbands work mates. And being 8mths preg at the time (5yrs ago) was well worth the stay Thankyou for ur hospitality and beautiful deep bath.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff.

This is a well priced and conveniently located hotel that punches above its weight. The water / plumbing died for the whole hotel on our last visit, so that was a big disappointment (no shower). Our (small) mini bar was cleared as compensation and we were offered a discount next time we book. I suppose these sort of events are a bit random and hard to predict, so can't really mark them down on that basis.
