The friendly receptionist Kimberley so accommodating in touch with people’s needs. Our 2 brm unit is amazing very thing we needed to make out little holiday complete.
Dining at their restaurant the food was fantastic service very nice.
Will highly recommend Bluewater Harbour Motel anyone visiting Bowen.

The accessible room was wonderful, I would recommend a small shelf next to the toilet to put hygiene products on! The meal we had in the restaurant was one of the best meals we’ve had on our trip, looking forward to our return visit! Thanks so much to Kim, Debbie, Paul and all the staff for looking after us!

Just had dinner at the newly renovated (and now open to the public) Bluewater Restaurant.
Service was friendly fantastic, especially from waitress and the manager (I think his name was Paul).
We tried the Turkish share platter, which was huge and a great intro to Turkish cuisine.
We also had some rump steak and garlic seafood from main menu — the seafood was particularly delicious.
My daughter loved her kids meal too.
Great meal — looking forward to trying other menu items.
The restaurant is very spacious and clean, and has welcoming colours.

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant last night to celebrate our sons 21st. The food was hot and delicious and everyone enjoyed their meals. Lovely cocktails from the bar and friendly service made for a very enjoyable evening.

My elderly parents stayed at this property recently and haven't stopped raving about how amazing the service was, how spacious the room was and the fact that in room faciities were extensive. I must say that I am very jealous and can't wait to experience staying here myself. Thank you so much for talking such good care of them.

After using Bluewater Harbour for our corporate accommadation on Bowen with wonderful reviews I decided to stay myself while traveling Nth Qld.
What a wonderful friendly and extremely quiet piece of Bowen.
Biggest, cleaniness rooms with parking right out front you feel right at home as soon as you step in. The managers are the nicest and make sure you have everything before leaving you alone.
Now I understand why when I book travel to Bowen for my directors they always say "and I booked into Bluewater? "

Bowen is a special part of Queenslands coastline and I love travelling there and I am always sad when I leave. Kim and his fantastic team are always welcoming and provide amazing customer service and the rooms are spotless and super comfortable! 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I still have a few trips left for 2020 so I know that Kim and the team hospitality will be enjoy by me again this year! Tryed to pay balance on arrival wouldn’t let me ordered dinner 2 steaks wrongly charged and wouldn’t recommend ordered medium well and well done one both were rare and had to use the microwave to further Cook the steaks resulting in them being tough didn’t eat mine! Extended to stay another night payed my outstanding balance as grandson “fixed” all this up for me told me after what was already taken from my account then I payed the rest with my card
Next day While I’m at work keeped getting phone calls then Kim tells me I didn’t pay… his grandson has stuffed up and wrongly charged me
I don’t use the card I used to pay this with and bank lines were down so couldn’t transfere from the 2 accounts to fix there mistake
Told him I would happily go and put the money into his bank account and refused that offer only wanted me to credit my card as I’ve been wrongly charged already don’t feel safe doing so
Until you provide me with your bank account then I can fix YOUR mistake

What a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and the hospitality was amazing. The food quality and service was A+, could not fit my dessert in straight after so they room serviced at an agreed time. These guys could not do more for you. Highly recommend this place, instead of driving past Bowen stop in and enjoy. We will most definitely be back.

Service from Kym was excellent very helpful and accommodating food was awesome great size steak cooked to perfection compliments to the chef would highly recommend this place so if u visit Bowen check them out.

Well maintained and spacious and equipped rooms, great staff who go out of their way… amazing food… pool and bbq area… restuarant and bar, Wi-Fi, air con and foxtel…

Family stuck because of floods in townsville unhelpful and no compassion for struggling north queensland residents. I thought more could be done to help.

About a month ago I was driving back home to Cairns from Brisbane and ran into car trouble! I needed a last minute place to stay the night with one issue… I had an 8 week old puppy with me.
Kim and the staff was AMAZING! They set me AND the puppy up in one of their rooms which was beautifully laid out with a front deck area. They were exceptionally accommodating and the puppy wasn't an issue for them.
In the morning they provided complimentary breakfast for both myself and my partner who had driven down to meet me overnight.
Absolutely wonderful people who displayed care while also running a successful business. I could see from the interaction with staff and guests that this is a normal attitude for them all… I cannot rate them highly enough! Thank you from myself, my partner AND my little (now 12 week old) puppy Luna.

Lovely motel, excellent rooms, very clean and spacious. The hosts were very warm and friendly and easily accommodated our group this week. Will stay there again for sure.

This is my second time staying at blue water motel. The rooms are so spacious and thoroughly cleaned. Kim and deb go out of there way to make you feel very welcome everytime. What can I say, fantastic place to stay.

Work put us up in their serviced apartments for 6 weeks. Very nice, very comfortable and both the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Kim and Debbie went above and beyond to help us out in a difficult situation. The food in the restaurant is just delicious if you want somewhere nice to go for a night out. Can't recommend them enough.

Room's are nice and have everything you need. The beds are comfy and you can spread out with plenty of bench space. The staff were great and even though I never had dinner in the restaurant room service is available. All in all quite happy to ive them a wrap.

Recently I stayed at Bluewater Harbour Motel and I found the staff to be extremely helpful when arriving very late. The rooms were very spacious, very clean and really quiet. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and families. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Look forward to staying with you again :)

A really friendly, clean, well appointed motel. We pulled in after a long days motorcycle riding and were immediately greeted with a pool and a lovely place to sleep. The staff are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The Motel is about 3 blocks from the center of town and about 2 blocks from the harbor so we walked everywhere, even at night. Be sure to visit the big mango and have dinner at the yacht club!

We are from Melbourne and were in Bowen visiting a relative. We have stayed at many hotels in and around Melbourne (some fantastic and some just plain Eewwww). We can vouch that this hotel met all of our needs. It was CCC — cool, clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi included. Big TV with foxtel movie channel. The room did not have a telephone, however it clearly stated in the hotel folder that a telephone handset could be requested from the office if required. From a price perspective, we have paid more for much worse in other establishments so we felt it was good value for money. We started our day with a dip in the hotel pool, then had the $15.00 continental brekky special on for that week, bacon and eggs included-YUM! The office staff were very informative, friendly and accomodating. We will DEFINITELY stay with you again. Thank you.
