Totally bad experience! Don’t ever book this place if you think you want to have a good holiday in Airlie Beach! What happened was, I booked this place in the morning one day before I need to check in, and soul house charged me straight away $99 for the room rate, but about lunch time, the booking plate-form (agora) called me to say that soul house called them that they have no room for me? So they will arrange another place for me and will contact me ASAP otherwise I have no place to stay the next day! So I wait and wait, till 4pm… I couldn’t wait, I first called soul house, a man picked up the phone, so I explained what was happened and confirm with him whether it’s true or not that soul house have no room for me, the guy on the phone was so cold and didn’t even say sorry… but said yes we have no room for you! I was like… what? But I booked it this morning and you charged me from my card straight away? If you have no room, why did you release the room on the system? He was so cold on the Phone and didn’t even apologize about this situation… he said agoda already organize another place for me but they didn’t even call me and inform me where should I go the next day, the man hang up the phone and I called agoda again, then another long wait… they finally called me to say that the place is somewhere blah blah blah BUT it’s an 6. X something review place! I booked a 8. X review place so they downgrade me to another place? I was so pissed off with all these situation!
