Thank you for a great experience. Everything was so professional from the beginning, being able to check in early which was so convenient. Everything was super clean and well looked after. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Would highly recommend and we will be returning. Our kids had a ball and so did we! Thank you!

Been here before and come back for my 40th. It’s an amazing place for the whole family. My kids love it here. Camp grounds are so clean. The kitchen is amazing. The bathroom has been spectacular every time we have used them they’re clean.

Yes waterpark and pool was fabulous, however stairs and platforms need a good scrub/clean 🧐and the toilets always had a strong smell of urine🤮 Plenty of activities for kids but careful of the extra hidden charges… golf balls, tennis balls, go karts… With the cost per night, we stayed 6 nts, you'd expect this free, especially the go karts like every other Big 4 we've been to is free to use these. Also washing machines $5! Again, you'd expect included for the price p/n stay… We've stayed in way cheaper caravan parks where they have been free to use. Grounds were immaculate and clean, and very pretty🌸🌴🌼🦎🦃🦆 and great space on each site. More toilets and showers definitely needed. Have brought all this to the staffs attention, but they didn't seem to care much 😒

We just spent 7 nights here in our camper trailer. It’s an amazing park, everything is so well looked after, clean amenities and friendly staff, and most importantly the kids were never bored. We had a ball and can’t recommend highly enough.

My family and I just got home from staying here for the week. We absolutely loved this place. The staff were all happy to help in any way they could and always a smile on their faces. The cabin was cosy, homely & clean. Our kids went crazy for the amazing waterslides and pool. We enjoyed playing mini golf, tennis, volleyball and had a fun filled time on the go carts together as a family. The kids enjoyed sitting outside watching the outdoor movies as well. The little cafe was cute and tasty! And my two younger kids loved the sensory room. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that is great and entertaining for your kids, check this place out. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for making our stay a time to remember 😃

We visited from the GC recently, only stayed 2 nights but boy did the kids and myself enjoy ourselves at the park. They had the time of their lives there and that's what it's all about. BIG4 ADVENTURE WHITSUNDAY have such amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning :-D.

This is our fourth trip here to the Big4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort and we will keep coming back as often as we can. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. And there are plenty of staff around if you ever need anything. The resort is well equiped with all the amenities you’d expect and there are choices when it comes to where you’d like to BBQ. We’ve chosen to stay in a one bedroom cabin which has everything you need including daily servicing if you like. They’re clean and well maintained. The resort itself is so beautifully landscaped and maintained. The animals at the farm are well cared for and we love visiting them. The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature for this time of year and the slides are more then I expected. They’re near the pool without intruding and they are for all ages!
There’s so much to do here. I can’t wait to return 🥰

We stayed here in a powered campsite for one might. The amenities were amazing especially the water slides. Highly recommended!

The children loved the water slides and pools… they tried the go karts and mini golf also…
staff friendly and helpful. And the place is close enough to go out during day to visit other areas of whitsunday area.

We understand it’s wet season but our site is a swamp and mud pit as are all the remaining sites around us. People have left because it is not liveable or enjoyable. The kids playground is a swamp. Kids were swimming in the drive way in dirty water and we have seen 2 rats run through our site. You can never get a dryer free as there’s only 4 dryers. For such a big park you would think drainage and slabs would be available on all sites. Additional laundry facilities. Pretty disappointing and we won’t be coming back.

Awesome. For families. There's lots of activities even though it's raining. Cabins are gorgeous clean well equipped. Very spacious. All round a great place to stay.

Great powered campsites with plenty of shade. Clean amenities and big showers with full pressure shower heads, what every woman wants when ⛺️ Extremely well maintained grounds grass regularly mowed and palms trimmed a credit to the employees.

We were SUPER impressed by the cleanliness of our cabin! Staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless. By far the cleanest place we have stayed at.

Very family friendly, quiet park even with 100kids, amount of activities are amazing, morning coffee, close to paradise.

6stars what a great park with super friendly staff and guests that do all they can to make you feel welcome super clean facility's even during the busy school holiday period. This is our 2nd time here and definitely will not be our last.

A big shout out for this resort. Loved our stay here. Amenities are super clean. Great huge pool that is always slightly warmed. And a fantastic water park that even the adults have had fun. Great staff and custoner service. Its a shame we missed out on the kidsclub activities and animal farm due to the restrictions. But you know its a great place when the kids cried upon leaving…

Been to the park many times, has everything, always clean, great for young kids and staff went the extra mile with allowing my son to feed the animals after we missed out on the wkend sessions.

Great family friendly resort. Big huge water park, pool, putt putt, playground, 2 jumping pillows, tennis court, basketball, volleyball, kids club, outdoor movie nights etc. Kids had a great time.

Had an amazing few days at Airlie Big 4. The toilets & showers are always spotless, staff are so accommodating, plenty to do for kids and always alternative ideas with the weather.
We got a SMS regarding weather warnings from the resort, as well as SMS for changing with kid’s activities (outdoor movie moved inside. ) the care they have for the families are beyond lovely, will definitely be back! Thanks Big 4!

What an amazing park! By far the best I have been at so far! The site is clean and pretty, the staff lovely and there is plenty of activities. The pools and waterpark is massive and so fun for the whole family. We love it! Will definitely recommend it and come back!

Amazing stay staff are friendly nice place for kids with big water parks and it's in the centre of everything.

What an amazing place. Water park and pool is everything a kid could want. Cabins (we stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin) was very clean and well equipped. Great decking to relax with an bbq. Staff are amazing. Nothing has been a problem or inconvenience, from everyone from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. Park is about 10 mins by bus to Airlie beach, bus stop right at the front gate, and small shopping complex about 10 mins walk. We have had nothing bad to say about our whole Airlie beach experience. We traveled with 13 ppl aged from 1 to 84. Thanks Big 4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort.

Where do I start, this place is a one stop holiday, with fantastic clean functional accomodation, brilliant activities, services and amenities. The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and things too do. Great location just everything you need too relax we will definitely be back again and again till next time. My biggest suggestion would be more kids club days to make the trip 100% perfect! As
outside of school holidays they only had 2 hours on a Saturday for bigger kids, and during school holidays there are only 2 days (Tues & Sat). I feel that the resort could easily cater for more, especially considering there was a cost of $10 per child (that should easily cover the fees to employ someone for that).

Fantastic place! From the amazing pools to the personal touches like leaving us a card and bottle of bubbly on arrival for our anniversary!

Its wide and beautiful, and besides its accesible to a nearest mall and groceries. The amenities are quite good and theres a theme park for children and also pools for children and adults.

Absolutely incredible holiday park for kids and adults alike! The staff are incredibly helpful and great all-around customer service, and the park is immaculately maintained. There are so many activities to keep everyone busy! Well done, would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Big4 Whitsundays. The cabin was modern and clean, the facility’s for the kids are amazing and the staff were more than accommodating and friendly… credit to the lovely cleaning staff who answered 173736 questions from our 3 year old! Would highly recommend for a great family get away!

My Family and I stayed here was absolutely amazing in terms of the facilities, staff and presentation/layout of the resort. Our little cabin was lively for a family of 3. Only improvement I could suggest would be on site dinner catering 7 days a week not just one.

An extremely well run park, the layout is well planned and sites are well placed to enable relatively easy on site location. They have a many water slide policy, with which you can wear the kids out… midgies are a problem for those so afflicted.

Amazing for families. Massive waterslides and mini golf. Great facilities. Just make sure to book early as it books out quickly.

So drove 5 hours to visit a family member today only to be told that I had to pay $20 for each of us to visit. Explained to the management that we were not there to utilise the facilities. Paying $100 for myself and the kids was out of the question. They refused entry to the premise unless I paid for a day pass. I have always found big 4 to have great customer service and have stayed in various parks across the country. On this occasion all I can say is Poor customer service. Shame on you.

Love this place. This is the second time we have come up here from brisbane and cant fault the place. We were camped near the ammenities and they were always fresh and clean and well looked after. During the school holidays they have plenty of activities for the kids to keep them occupied. The new water park is heaps of fun for both young and old.

Stayed here recently great family park, clean/tidy park, good amenities, great/friendly staff, great activities for everyone and we loved our holiday there. Could do with a few more washing machines and driers. Stayed at another big 4 recently, it had a adults only hot spa, thought it was a great idea. Great park overall.

Beautiful big 4 park in lush tropical surroundings. The amenities are first class and the grounds keepers do an excellent job. Our site was flat and ready for us as soon as we arrived. The pool was clean and warmed to 27'c pity the waterslides are not heated but you can forgive that with the jumping pillows, mini golf and playground all set to warm you up if you feel cold. My 7 year-old wasn't interested in the kids club, it was only open on Saturday afternoon for 2 hours and cost $5 but he got there and said it was for babies. My biggest gripe was that there is no onsite restaurant and the coffee van onsite is only open Tuesday to Saturday from 9am until 2pm.

Was here for a conference on the weekend. Nice venue with attentive and helpful staff that set the displays and rooms up with minimum fuss. Colleagues that stayed here kept going on about how good the facilities were, especially for kids! Would definitely recommend as conference venue.

First stay at a big 4 and Whitsunday resort certainly impressed Staff were so friendly and helpful the place well let’s say you don’t have to leave! so much to do for kiddies yes it was a little cold but once you went on the slides which this Mumma wasn’t missing out on any fun lol jumping into the heated pool was well worth getting wet with the kiddies. Mini putt putt was so much fun and the pillow parks kept kids busy for hours! The emeinties were always kept clean considering the amount of traffic that go in and out. Well maintained and clean gardens and facilities. Kids club was a nice way to chill out for couple of hours she didn’t want to leave We are back in August for my daughters l birthday and can’t wait.

Normally I would give this Big4 Park five stars without hesitation. On this occasion we were a little disappointed. We have stayed at this Park on 3 previous occasions and on this trip stayed for two weeks because of their Mad May Special. We were put onto powered site 64. When we booked our site I asked the booking clerk for a site near an amenities block. On previous occasions that had never been a problem but this time we were told NO they could not allocate a Site and would have to see what was available on our arrival. When we arrived we found that Site 64 was very narrow with a high rocky garden bed on one side and a raised concrete slab on the other. It wasn’t that hard to get the Van in but not that easy either, especially with other vehicles parked on both sides of the road. When we did we found the site was very uneven and had to take the Van out again to put in levelling ramps. Very annoying and I would expect Big4 with the prices they normally charge would do a bit of maintenance and keep their sites level. When we were finally situated and level we found that if you opened the caravan windows you could not walk down the side of the Van as it was that narrow. TV reception on this site was nonexistent due to the foliage, great for shade but terrible if you are a Footy Fan. The Park did help us out there by supplying an aerial that was tied to the trees and placed in a position to receive a signal. My wife and I are big fans of swimming.

Amazing park! We drove in to stay for one night, after driving around the park we decided to stay for a further 3 more nights. Ladies at reception were more than helpful booking our whitsunday experience too.

Immaculate amenities and park grounds. Friendly staff and welcoming reception area. Luscious tropical gardens inc the mini golf area. We had been here before but this is the first time since the waterpark and slides have opened. It is awesome and the kids loved every second of being in the water! We loved the spit roast Thursdays idea but wish you did them on the weekends too. The one thing I loved as a mum of 3 kids is the family bathrooms with an actual bathtub and additional baby bath area making bath time with little ones that much easier after a big day of playing. Thanks to all the staff who are doing an amazing job. We will be back :)!

Amazing place to stay when in Airlie beach, camp sites are tidy and very big. So much to do that you don't have to leave the park. They have a jumping pillows, a big play ground, a big water park for the kids with plenty of slides, a big pool and a decent size mini golf. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place for a little family getaway.

Noisy too many chirldren who have not been brought up well. Uneducated parents. When mentioned about noise staff were sarcastic and very rude. We all understand kid's are kid's but seriously avoid!

Super friendly staff, great facilities for families, a great waterslide area for the kids, all in all an excellent place for a family vacation. It is 10 minutes to Arlie beach via the bus at the front door and it costs $10.50 in total for three adults. Taxi costs approx $20. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff at the front desk will help you book any tours. Can highly recommend the segway sunset tour and the Hamilton Island freestyle day tours. Also there is a shopping centre with Woolworth's 7 minutes walk away (including a predicure and massage shop) and a bottle shop and pub across the road. Something for everyone.

Great water park and mini golf area… Buuuttttt… Room was very dirty with no aircon in bedrooms and one fan not working properly in bedrooms and the others making so
much noise you had to turn them off to sleep or ear plugs. Then we stayed an extra day and watched everyone around us leave then the water gets turned off. (check out time for everyone and I am sure the leak was found before that) and turned back on when check-in time happened without consideration for the staying guests. A refund along with the text messages we got should have been offered as not alot of people where left in cabins at checkout time but nothing but a message saying sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for our patience. Text message 1019am no water then update at 245 saying sorry and 325 saying water on so really all day with a baby and no water (need to make bottles and wash hands) lucky it was raining to catch water. Some maintenance needs to be done on the cabins even the floors make popping sounds. Overall it was a bit hit and miss but the slides and pools are awesome. For the price p. P p. N water is a must.

No aircon in second room. Not set up completely for a family of 5 for 5 nights stay. Couch was dangerous. Food "events" were disappointing. Facilities are excellent. Room size was great. Location is good. Price reasonable. Friendly staff.

We came as an overnight pit stop and love it that much we stayed another night. The sites are set up for caravans or vehile pads but we chucked our swags down without a problem of discomfort. Slides and pool were great for a caravan park resort. Night movie on the outdoor big screen was an added bonus. Pancakes by the pool in the morning was an extra surprise for a gold coin donation. Our overall stay was the best "2 day" pitstop we ever expected. Our boys are 10, 14 & 15, and they love the place. Would recommend for any travelling family. Thanks BIG4

Loved it, you could stay at the park for a week and not leave it you wanted. We did go on trips around Airlie and Whitsundays and the staff at B4AWR were fantastic in giving unbiased advice on different ideas to do. Great pool and slides had to pry the kids off, tennis court, movie every night, putt putt a really relaxing fun time — unit was clean, fresh and we'll set out — staff could not have been more friendly special shout out to Kelly and Mel who really helped make our stay.

Great place to take kids. Spacious grass sites and enuite sites are great. Large cabin options with electric BBQs on the deck.

While it does have a decent little water park for the kids to play in that is about all this resort has going for it. We stayed here four days early December, the management will charge you over and above for every single little tiny thing. Want to go golfing on the mini golf course? $2/ball and $20 for the golf club. Also you need to plan in advance, because after 6:00 p. M. Nothing is open, no staff to be found. Want to enter the park and check in after they are closed? Good luck with that. You need to enter a code every time whether entering or exiting so the gate will raise and let you through. During our 4 day stay the gate was inoperative on 3 different occasions that I witnessed. Long line of cars just sitting there while the unnecessary gate wastes everyone’s time. The policy is for guests to clean their own cabin and dishes before checking out — which is understandable, however the staff should check to make sure things are clean. The cabin cleanliness was acceptable, however the cutlery and dishes were gross — unwashed just stacked back in the cupboards. Overall a 2 star experience, there’s better places to stay than this.

Très beau camping à 15min en voiture d'Airlie Beach et juste à côté d'un centre commercial. Les emplacements pour camping-car sont bien arborés, les emplacements bien délimités. Les sanitaires sont propres. Le complexe aquatique est magnifique avec une grande piscine et un nouvel ensemble de toboggans immense.

Such a great park for families. We stayed for 6 nights on a powered sight and the kids had an absolute ball! They enjoyed everything the park had to offer plus all the staff were helpful and friendly.
Highly recommend if ur heading to Airlie or surrounds and have children to definitely stay here… it's a fantastic park!

Fantastic place to stay especially if you have children. We travelled up from Brisbane with family from overseas and hired one of the villa's across from the water park. Plenty of activities for the children to do, friendly, helpful staff and the park is very clean and well presented.

Nice and spacious, great facilitys, loved the lagoon pool and waterpark and mini golf. Cute wildlife (birds) walking around everywhere, easy access to town via bus stop out front and helpful friendly staff. Would defiantly recommend.

Lucky us, we were booked into the new or renovated cabin. So clean, both the accommodation and rhe park Absolutely excellent pool for the kids. Lovely park all over. Kids got to trial their awesome, soon to be open water park!

Went down for the weekend and the kids loved it, great facilities, super friendly staff and even though it's a little bit away from the Airlie hub, it's still a great location.

This is a fantastic big 4, so many facilities, very well presented, comfortable and affordable.

Absolutely loved this place… Amenities all 5 star and the staff always had a smile on their face. Nice that they have a spa for adults only even though there were kids in it at times. Do yourself a favour and stay if you are in Cairns.

Very nice resort and Airlie Beach is recovering well. I recommend you visit there.

Service staff are friendly and helpful. The caravan sites are large, flat and grassy. We had a drive through site in the middle. The amenities are clean, and spacious, there is a small hairdryer in the women's. The heated pool is large, and busy, the kids loved the 2 slides, there is 2 bubble sections/spa sections in the pool. There is a large waterpark under construction due to open soon.

There is major construction project on till Jan 2018. (not Debbie but building a new water slide). There are no toilet facilities for the tradies so they use the toilets around the pool etc. And one made a pretty inappropriate comment to my 4 year old. The kids can't ride bikes and scooters around freely because of large trucks in the area. We also had a cement mixer outside our cabin, which was a real pain. The cabins / villas are dated they have old CRT TV, s and the beds are terrible, The couches are modular plastic wicker that you would see generally on patios. The kitchen is also badly equipt. Put — Put course is looking worse for wear and the water slides have started cracking up … And it was really pricey to stay there. I read the other reviews before booking and can only assume the are fake or manipulated in some way. The Marketing team that work for them on the other hand are nothing short of genius, I have never seen a turd digitally polished to this level of proficiency. They can be truly proud of there craft, they honestly make this hole look amazing online. I also think it is in incredibly bad faith and unethical to not have some sort of message on your website making people aware that there is a construction project on.

Palm house conference facilities are great and the food was good quality.

Lovely park, friendly staff and a great pool. Would happily stay there again. Very family friendly and lots of shops nearby.

Great Park with lovely cabins. The pool is really great with two slides and a shallow splash area for little ones. There's also a nice playground and two huge jumping pillows. There's an 18 hole putt putt course and a tennis court as well as some farm animals you can feed. We even extended our stay by an extra night to spend more time here.

Great location, stunning part of the world. We can't wait to go back.

Best RV park we stayed at in Australia. Fantastic pool, great parking spots with good shade and ok privacy, spotless & newish bathrooms, and cheap.

Stayed overnight on a camp ground. Ground was a bit tricky to put pegs into but facilities were clean and well maintained.

The best park we have stayed in so far, so many fun activities, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, definitely will be visiting again.

It was children friendly and lots of children activity's and the service was excellent and was able to get us the best deal to see the Great Barrier Reef.

The park is a great place to take famley on holodays. With forts, a large pool, mini golf and tennis and lots lots more its a great holoday destonation.
