We booked 2 rooms just for 1 night 1 room was okay except bubbles coming out the drain in the bathroom but that was okay the other room stunk of mould and damp we ran the air conditioner all night just to get rid of the smell and the shower arm was cracked almost in half so water sprayed all over the mirror when we told someone the next morning they implied that maybe it was done by us that night which it wasn’t disappointing but we absolutely loved Montville.

We recently stayed at Montville Mountain Inn and could not have been happier with the stay, the rooms and the friendly service. Unfortunately the kids didn’t get to check out the pool so we will definitely make the trip up in the warmer weather :-) thanks again!

First time staying here with 7 other ladies sharing 3 rooms. John was lovely and welcoming. Nice well maintained grounds. Relaxing at peaceful down by the pool amongst the trees. Tennis court and basketball hoop. Clean and tidy rooms. I shared a family room with queen bed and 2 singles, bathroom and kitchenette.
In the heart of Montville, shops nearby.

Have just spent 3 nights here. Fabulous place. We stayed in a back balcony room overlooking the tennis court and swimming pool. Large room. Great service. Close to all the shops in montville, walks and other great small towns. Will be going back.

I stayed at the resort couple of weeks ago … what an amazing experience. Tanya and John were vary accommodating, fabulous hosts. The room was very clean, spacious and comfy. Highly recommend staying at the Montville mountain inn when visiting this pretty little town and its surroundings.

Amazing accommodation with super friendly hosts. They accommodated us as a group of cyclists on TYM tour with everything we could ask for. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I have just spent a wonderful relaxing night at the Inn. The atmosphere and tranquil surrounds are lovely, sitting on the back verandah overlooking the rainforest and listening to the birds whilst having a coffee. Dinner next door was beautiful, like being in an English pub. Just a wonderful experience!

We just spent the weekend at the Inn, I was one of the lucky ones to win a $75 off 2 night stay on a Facebook competition. I rang the day I found I won, as it was our 23rd wedding anniversary today and wanted to see if they had any available rooms for this weekend. Again lucky, they had a room available, yay. On arrival, Lyle greeted me, such a lovely man, made me feel welcome, the room was beautiful, very peaceful surrounds. We were told of delicious meals could be found anywhere in town, and we were not disappointed, the people of Montville are beautiful, very friendly. We had a great weekend away, something we don't do on a regular basis. Thank you so much for our weekend Montville Mountain Inn Resort.

We've loved our stay in MontVille Mountain Inn. Lyle and Leanne have been fantastic, very very nice and helpful, giving us all the hints of the best places to go. The room is super spacious and clean. The bed is firm and comfortable. There is a nice balcony with a view to the outdoor area, which has a pool and a tennis court. We had breakfast outside in the breakfast table. Such a calm spot. There is a nespresso machine and some coffee pods as well as a kettle, some teas and milk. Also, there is a microwave and some plates, cups so that you can heat a simple meal. It has all the amenities that you may need (iron, hair dryer, soaps…). On the main road, but very silent and peaceful. Best place to stay hinterland. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

What a great experience! Everything here has been better than expected: the room was big, clean, super comfy, and the bed… Wow! I've slept like a baby, hahaha. And it's so well located, having the pub just there, with a great food… Really nice. I can't wait to comeback very soon, and for sure I'll book directly on the phone (Leanne has been amazing! ). Thank you guys! Hope to see you again very very soon!

Understand it's at the cheaper end of the market but cleanliness is not expensive. The cutlery is dirty, the bathroom plug is fowl and the kitchen light wasn't working so we had to take a globe out of a bedside lamp so we could see. The cushions on the bed are so frayed and had it, I doubt even the Salvos would accept them. I don't think the ice on the freezer has been changed forever. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good position and well priced with friendly staff. Decor is a little dated but well kept and clean tidy and comfortable. Room service menu is minimalist but well catered — no matter there are plenty of great places to eat in Montville.

Lyle and his staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is amazing. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and will continue to go back. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you need.

I stayed one night, its expensive for a basic room, the owner is very friendly. There is a really nice restaurant next door with live music and the food is really good too.

Pool was appreciated on the hot summer day we visited. Friendly staff. Close walk to the shops spread out on the hill.

Comfortable and good value, great location!

The check in was pleasant & friendly, We went next door to the Restaurant and it was Monday night and we asked about the Christmas in July dinner, Holly was doing the bookings and said it wasn't until Friday but went away and asked the Chef if they could cook the 4 course special Christmas in July Dinner and it was Ok, So we came back at 6pm and sat and enjoyed the 4 courses thanks again to Holly and the rest of the team we had a great time best wishes Tom & Jacqui Postin.

Clean and tidy basic room. Awesome staff. Great location. Only down side was a hard bed.

So we booked unknowingly into a family room but the owner soon set us straight into a more suitable room. My Husband and I even ventured down to the Pool and had a swim. For an old place — It was great for an over nighter and the food next door was perfectly cooked and scrumptious! Thanks again to all! The Crawford's.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Great location on Main St — cafes, pubs and shops are at your door step. The room was OK — we were located around the back end so couldn't hear any Main st traffic. Would probably recommend staying on a higher floor as could hear people showering and walking above. Overall would recommend for location and check in was easy / staff service was good.

We stayed at the Montville Mountain inn resort and found the room very clean and the staff were very friendly. Would we stay there again and the word is in an instant it was brilliant and easy walk to the shops in Montville about 2 minutes walk and even though we were on the main road it was very quiet.

I love a quiet drink in the beer garden under the beautiful trees and taking my shoes off on the gren green grass.

We loved staying at Montville Mountain Inn. The facilities were immaculate, the staff were friendly and helpful and being situated in the main street of Montville the shops and cafes were so close. I highly recommend and can't wait to stay again!
