Great location, super clean, excellent customer service, amazing views, fantastic amenities, heaps of car parks, — highly recommended.

I recently had my baby shower at Clouds Montville. Kaye and the team were amazing in everything they organised for me. The room was perfectly set, and view was to die for and the staff were accommodating with every request.
I wish I could have a High Tea here every month! Thank you Kaye and the team, I’m already trying to find an excuse to host another one 💕

My partner and I had dinner at the restaurant at Clouds Montville. My partner is getting used to some new dietary requirements, Both Sharon and Micheal were so accommodating and helpful. They both really went the extra mile and we cannot thank them enough for the wonderful experience we had there.

We just had our first night away without kids in almost two years and this place was just perfect! We stayed in one of the luxury cottages with a fireplace and beautiful bath overlooking the trees. The cottage was so clean and relaxing we didn’t want to leave! It even had Netflix on the TV which was great. We would definitely come back again!

We stayed in upstairs refurbished apartment with hinterland views from the large balcony. The rooms were spacious & stylish with comfortable queen bed, large bathroom, kitchen, large TV & Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch & breakfast in the Glasshouse cafe. Just a short drive to other attractions on the mountain, definitely add this one to your bucket list. We will be back. This bed and breakfast is outstanding in every way possible. I don’t often give recommendations as I think each person is looking for something different. This one has exceeded all possible expectations for a truly 5 star experience. The decor is first class, the rooms are huge, the TV is huge and has Netflix for those who just want to chill out, the bedding is luxurious, the bathroom products are just beautiful and the quality white robes are like wrapping yourself up in soft clouds. The spa bath is truly luxurious and of great quality as the jets are so will placed. The fire was put on before we arrived as it was a cool night, and the beautiful rainforest is just at your fingertips on your large veranda to enjoy your supplied generous breakfast. (oh and there is a coffee machine in your room) Do yourself a favour as there are so many BnBs out there, and spend your hard earned money here as it’s only a little more than some I have stayed at that were just not up to scratch. To top it off it’s minutes away from beautiful Montville. 10 out of 10 which I have never given before.

Have been coming to Clouds of Montville almost every yr for the last 8yrs with my partner. It definitely hits all the right buttons for us in terms of closing ourselves off from the rest of the world & simply relaxing. Absolutely love the place & will be returning next yr & for many yrs to come hopefully.

We had a wonderful stay and the owners went above and beyond for us to make sure we did. Will definitely be back!

We sent our mums there for a Spa Day on Mothers Day. Absolutely amazing service and prices! When we picked our mums up, they were beyond refreshed and enjoyed themselves SO MUCH! HIGHLY recommend for anyone, and definitely the best price, service and location we have found (and we have been looking). 11/10 our mums scored Clouds of Montville!

Have just spent a relaxing weekend at Clouds with my best friend. The staff are friendly and nothing is too hard for them. We booked to stay here for easy access to the day spa facilities. We had a 2 hour massage/Flotation pool session which was heavenly. We thought it couldn't get better until we had a facial the next day. Total bliss! The therapists are just amazing. We will be back!

Clouds of Montville made a special half day spa package for myself (36 weeks pregnant) and a pregnant friend. It was a perfect day! Fantastic customer service, the massage and float pool were wonderful relaxing and the day spa rooms beautiful, lunch was delicious and fresh in a beautiful environment, and we were both very happy with the cost. Would recommend as a quality relaxing day spa experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed a full day spa package with friends — including 90 min yoga session, swim in the mineralised pool, mediteranean platter for lunch, 2hr facial/massage and bubbly with sweet. Lovely venue with friendly staff.

Stephanie and Phil are the charming hosts of this beautifully located Motel / Resort in Montville, Queensland. Thank you to Stephanie who was able to arrange an early check in (about 10.30 — 11.00 am) so that I could freshen up before going out for the day. The room / apartment that Stephanie allocated to me was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable king size bed. Unfortunately I was unable to make use of the resorts' other features or explore the rainforest area but it did look good. Maybe next time!. Definitely value for money and I can highly recommend Clouds of Montville. Dirk Neirinckx.

What a beautiful cottage! Very clean and quiet. The owners and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed our stay there. We definitely recommend it.

Would recommend to anyone! It was such a beautiful experience here, everyone was very welcoming and explained what each treatment was thoroughly. My Mum and I had the half day spa treatment which included the flotation pool, massage and lunch. The facilities were beautiful and tranquil and the lunch was refreshing! The massage was very personalised and I felt very looked after :) Would love to go back to relax again.

My husband and I had a massage here, I had the prenatal massage. Massage was perfect, very relaxing. The weather was perfect so we were able to have it in the outdoor Pavilion which was beautiful. The staff were lovely! Very friendly and Philip the host was amazing. Thank you!

Upon entering you are immediately welcomed by one of the most friendly, down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Philip is a delight! I had the honor of having my massage and facial done by the gorgeous Amy! She knew exactly what I needed to help me unwind and destress. Incredibly soothing and relaxing. I feel a million dollars! Words aren’t enough to describe my spiritual healing experience. You’ll just have to go and see for yourself! Definitely going back.

We had a wonderful experience at Montville! Peter, the host was very friendly and welcoming. Amy our masseuse was equally as warm and accomodating. The float pool was my favourite, a very relaxing experience! Facilities and location were both excellent, stunning views and a calm, tranquil location. Highly recommend and look forward to our next experience at Montville Day Spa!

Friendly staff, clean, tidy, pretty, quiet with a lovely view.

Overall the stay was nice; very peaceful. There was a hiccup with our room in which case the hosts could have handled the situation more professionally, they were a little rude and said unnecessary things — put a bit of a damper on our stay. The rooms are old, no Wi-Fi and no TV signal; too far away from town.

The location was very good, nice view, but foggy when we arrived. Checkin was painless and fast. A few ants in the room upset the ladies, but wasn't a nightmare for us. Rooms were cold because they were all brick (July). Hundreds of free DVDs to watch.

The most relaxing atmosphere of any accommodation I have experienced in a very long time. My room was LARGE, the TV was LARGE, the air-conditioning was cold, and the hosts, Stephanie and Phillip were most obliging. The views to the coast are spectacular, and the pool a real treat during the steamy summer period. Five stars, well deserved.

Me and my partner had booked a cottage for 2 nights at this hotel. Speaking on behalf of both of us it was one of the worst experience that we've had. ~We both broke out in a BAD rash from lying on the bed sheets for not even 4 hours when we complained their response "We do send our linen away to get professionally cleaned". ~We both had to where shoes in the shower as we where worried about foot disease's as it was filled with mold and looked like it had not been cleaned for months, The spa bath was no better so we didn't even step foot in it. ~In the morning we went to make the complimentary coffee supplied, as we investigated the coffee machine their was mold settlement in the water canister so we steered clear of that as well. 0 out of 5 stars.

Was given a courtesy call by the manager as I was arriving later and was greeted very warmly even though I arrived late. The ground level room is very modest, not too fancy, but very neat and everything was clean. The building itself is very beautiful and in a beautiful location with open views over the Sunshine Coast hinterlands.

Just over 2 years ago my wife and I stayed at Clouds, but we have just spent another wonderful week at Clouds! Since our first visit it has changed owners. Stephanie and Philip have really improved an already great place! Now has golf course and lawn bowls we enjoyed both of these followed by a swim in the pool. We have stayed in a cabinsand and a Balmoral suite and we couldn't fault anything, Stephanie made us so very welcome, we will be returning for a third visit! Sheila and Sam.

Our first visit to Clouds was in early 2014 and it was lovely — great weather, friendly hosts and secluded, quiet accommodation in one of the rainforest cabins. In February 2015 we booked the same cabin for a longer period and, despite an earthquake on day 1, 2 days of just-OK weather and then the remaining days with non-stop torrential rain because of Cyclone Marcia, we still enjoyed our holiday. Stephanie and Philip went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and accommodated us in one of their apartments for another two nights when our flight home was cancelled (we had to vacate our cabin as it was booked for other guests). So. Great place, welcoming hosts, lovely pool, tranquil Bali hut in which to read or have a quiet drink, plenty of things to do in the surrounding towns, lovely scenery everywhere — we will return.

Not suitable for elderly or disabled people in pool, shower and toilet no secure hand rails. Rm 27 fridge too small for stays of more than a day or so. Very limited cooking facility a electric fry pan only, Air conditioner required service for broken flap, held in place with paper clip. Fridge shelf panel missing, window fly wire torn, no fly screens on front or back door. Room not serviced often, Lack of maintenance and up keep evident. Washing machine of strange type no operating instructions. Verandah floor boards loose in places. Trip hazard. Required to pay full amount of two week stay before stay commenced on booking in. First time ever, often an impression of credit card sufficient. Basic.
