I stayed here this weekend for 2 nights in a tree house, spa jets were filthy, cobwebs inside our cabin, cleanliness was really poor, couldn't watch TV as the connection was really bad kept cutting in and out, had to shower with water on full hot as it didn't get hot enough and to top it off our fridge wasn't working I'm really upset with what I got for what I paid and It was ment to be special for my birthday and really imagined it being alot better then what we got. Im sure I read that you arrive with complementary bottle of wine and none of that was in the room either. Bed was very comfortable though.

Was great place and location but for 7 people cottage one toilet is ridiculous lol.

This place is beyond expectations, be ready to be in constant aww and have all your worries and trouble sink away. It’s impossible to be anything but at peace in this amazing slice of heaven on earth!

The villa was very clean and the atmosphere very tranquil. I highly recommend this resort especially to honeymooners.

We had a special function at Kondalilla Eco Resort Restaurant last night and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The food was sensational! The chief needs to be commended as the meals were divine and our guests were so impressed! The atmosphere for an amazing night is set by sunset drinks on the deck and then the fairy lights in the trees takeover at night fall. All of the staff were wonderful to communicate with and extremely accommodating. The restaurant is well worth the drive from anywhere on the coast! The food must be enjoyed! We thank you Kondalilla Eco Resort team… we’ll likely see you for dinner next weekend!

At the very start of our stay, it’s such a lovely location. There has been lots of helpful communication and very well organised. The villa has everything you need and very happy that we chose this location. Thank you for offering such great accomodation.

This place is absolutely stunning! We wanted a weekend away together and we go somewhere different each year to a rainforest cabin type. We arrived at reception and the lady was so lovely and happy. She Gave us instructions to our cabin and we were also told before we arrived that unfortunately the spa pump had been broken and they tried so hard to get someone out to fix it but wasn’t possible. It was ok because the bath was still useable obviously and reception gave us some bubble bath products to make it more special. They also offered us a $60 voucher for the restaurant. The restaurant was amazing we had some drinks and abit of everything from entrees and mains. It’s beautiful sitting on the deck looking out at the rainforest. Sunset is beautiful. Our cabin was gorgeous we stayed in the villa number 17. I loved this because it feels more and looks more like a cottage rustic look. The spa bath is near the bed and then up the 3 stairs is the couch/kitchen and tv. There is heaps of DVDs available from the reception. I suggest also bring ur laptop, hard drive, and yeah HDMI cord if u wanna watch ur own stuff or just enjoy each other
We did the kondellia falls walk that was great and went for a swim in the big rock pools so that’s a must.
Overall this place is one of my favourite places we have been for our ritual getaway each year. I cannot fault anything about this place only I wish we had come here more often.

OMG this place is awesome! The cabins are secluded, large and confortable… nested in the trees, ideal for relaxation and romantic gateways! The restaurant is outstanding, great quality and fresh produced beautiful put together to create very tasteful meals. AND vegan, gluten free, what a joy! Great retreat centre with all necessary amenities… The recipe of this success is before all the people! I would like to send a huuuuge thank you to Lisa and Karen who made us feel extra special during our stay, you guys seriously rock!

We stayed 2 nights in one of the Lodges. It was so relaxing, spotlessly clean and tranquil. Could hear the water fall and abundance of wildlife. Cannot fault this resort. Cannot wait to return in winter next time so we can light the fire place.

What an excellent choice I must say. Birdlife singing. Relaxation music was on when we walked through the door. We're coming back.

This place ticks all the boxes. Clean cabins, with everything you need. A spa, super comfy bed, fire place, beautiful deck overlooking the lush semi tropical Kondalilla national Park.
But what really set it apart for us was the super helpful staff. They went over and above to make sure our time was special, being that it is our 10 year wedding anniversary.
Thank you all. I will definitely be back, and recommending this special spot to my friends and family.

Lovely helpful staff, gorgeous setting, lovely clean room, super peaceful and so close to beautiful bushwalking and waterfalls. Could only stay one night and did so as needed to destress and it certainly helped. The staff seemed genuinely concerned that guests leave more relaxed then when they arrived and I certainly did and will be back.

We stayed at Kondalilla Eco Resort for four days in early October. The serene setting was ideal for us to unwind and switch off from the world (and kids) for a few days. Danielle and the staff were super-friendly and fantastically accommodating. They went above to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free.
Thank you, team. If we ever return to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, we will definitely stay at Kondalilla Eco Resort again.

Amazing! Stayed for a long weekend, the cabin was comfortable, it was amazing to be surrounded by rainforest. So peaceful and relaxing, will definitely stay again.

Terrible service! We never got to stay here for our wedding due to the absolutely appalling service provided by the 'managers'. We were told that we could book lodge 11 so waited weeks until they responded only to say it was not available. We were then told we could book lodge 7 and when we rang back we were told that was booked as well. What a waste of time. Would definitely not recommend giving your business to this establishment — plenty of other nicer places run by nicer people in Montville. We ended up booking a fantastic place through Airbnb.

My Wife and I have been coming here for over 16 years now for our Anniversary. Every stay has been an Awesome experience, fantastic staff (and we have seen a few changes over the years, but always friendly first class service).
We have stayed in almost every cabin at the resort and they are always clean and relaxing to stay in.
Would highly recommend the resort to anyone wanting a quiet, serene getaway for couples (or families).

We spent two days here and absolutely loved our time here. Our treehouse was perfect. We had a fireplace with plenty of chopped wood, a spa, kitchenette with everything we needed and our bed was lovely and comfy. We enjoyed sitting on our private veranda looking out to the rainforest listening to the birds. We did the Kondalilla Falls walk which is next door and Montville just done the road. We had a lovely dinner at the Montville Cafe Bar & Grill and was picked up by the courtesy bus. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay.

Firstly I'll start by saying the tree top view was very nice and the room was well presented. We had a self contained tree tops room and although nice it seemed to be missing a few things that would justify the price. Although only small it was annoying not to have things like a tissue box in the room, shower cap in the bathroom, extra towels as there was only the very minimum for two nights, an option such as hot chocolate instead of just tea and coffee in the kitchen for those people that don't drink either. Fire wood was included but you had to pay for extra kindling if needed which was fine except if you ran out after business hours. The room had a small reverse cycle aircon for heating but there was a large wardrobe directly under it which got the force of the warm air and prevented the room being properly heated. The bath used tank water which they mentioned but it was a little off putting to have a yellow tinted bath. The spa could also do with a good scrub. Overall it was nice but with it costing in excess of $250 a night some things could be improved apon for instance not asking guests to remove their own rubbish as it seemed a bit rich considering what you are paying.

Were really accommodating to our needs, free upgrade & late check out. Super friendly staff & great location.

Nice place but it was way over priced and there was loud music coming from somewhere that kept us up for a good part of the night.

My partner and I stayed last night with our daughter and loved every bit of our stay. Such a peaceful place to escape the rush. Our room was beautiful, everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The log burner was one of the highlights for us this time of the year. Our cabin was so warm and it was so relaxing to lay around watching the fire. All we could hear were the birds and the lovely rain hitting our roof. Staff were really helpful and made our stay comfortable. We will be coming back here soon. I highly recommend this place to everyone you won’t regret it. It was everything our souls needed. We left feeling relaxed and recharged. Well worth the drive, the views are breathtaking along the way. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff. This place is a little piece of heaven.

Had a wonderful time at Kondalilla eco resort. We stayed in a refurbished room in a very private part of the property. It was very clean and tidy with a awesome comfy bed. It was lovely to wake up to wildlife outside the window!

We got to stay in a newly refurbished room and it was amazing. New bathroom with a spa overlooking the rainforest, large deck, log fire and comfy King bed. We loved it!

Extremely run down and old. Rotten deck, loose nails sticking up, chipped floors, dirty bathroom. No view. What they call a "treehouse" is actually a demountable building, located at ground level, looking out onto very average scrub. Extra charges for everything. No housekeeping. Fairly sure the 'eco' is short for economy. Single ply toilet paper! Room not as described or pictured. After contacting booking agent, I was promised a full refund with the small request of removing my review. No refund has been received. Edit: Noticed the resort had replied! I did actually bring this up at the resort at the time. Unfortunately the reception closed not long after I checked in, so I was only able to speak to them the next day as I was checking out. The receptionists response was 'Okay'. I appreciate that they responded to my feedback, but am quite disappointed it was only taken seriously after I posted a negative public review, and responded to in such a condescending manner.

Magical place nice and quite surrounded in nature but not that far if you want a cappuccino or a shopping trip if the need arises. The bed and the pillows where comfy and you can order a breakfast/meal pack to cook in the privacy of your cabin. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and will return.
Has a very homely feel nothing like a high rise resort which in our opinion is lovely.

Everything about our stay here was magical. From the moment we came up the drive way to the second we left we were so in love with this resort. I planned a getaway for my partner's 30th birthday and what with the gorgeous cabin, spa bath, champagne, candles, bubble bath and basket of local cheeses to make it special, he said it was his best birthday yet. The local area is amazing, and the Falls are such a gorgeous walk, but above all the staff at Kondalilla Eco Resort are sensational. As we left all we could talk about is how much the staff must love their jobs because everyone we spoke to there was vibrant, cheerful and very helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautifully kept, there are board games and movies to cuddle up next to the fire place with, the kitchen was equipped and the rooms were spotless!
We will be back! And I will be sending my parents there later in the year so they can experience the best of Monteville.
I highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay in one of the Tree house villas. Very cosy.

Stayed in studio treehouse cabin set right on running creek surrounded by a lushous rainforest canopy. Cabin included wood heater supply of wood included. Perfect environment for romantic getaway.

Nice accommodation, lacking in the kitchen as there is no oven. Good if you wish to unplug as there is almost no mobile service or TV reception. Close to the waterfall and Kondalilla walk. Best for a nightly stay as nothing is particularly close to the location. Would recommend just for the experience.

Such a beautiful place. Great honeymoon location and right on an amazing walking trail! But do not go there without a car because buses are EXTREMELY LIMITED in the area and the closest shops are not walking distance.

After booking Treehouses of Montville I read a bad review so was a little wary, however while packing for the trip I called Treehouses of Montville to ask about the weather etc and the lady was more than helpful. The staff are very friendly and the accommodation was very nice. Clean, tidy, beautifully positioned with kitcken facitlies, television and spa bath. The luxury treehouse was already booked out but I was more than satisfied with our treehouse Number 4. What a beautiful place! There are two lovely pools (very clean) and also a gym which is set amongst the trees.
