Love everything about it very impressed.

One of the nicest motels I have stayed at. Modern clean comfortable and owners very helpful. 5 min walk to Rsl club where we had cold beers and a good feed.

The caretakers of the motor inn are so lovely and kind! They welcomed us every morning for breakfast and remembered our names and cooked beautiful food! Would highly recommend.

Decided on a whim to stay for the night ‘just cause’ (I reside in Brisbane) — my expectations were exceeded! The gentleman at the counter was really friendly, the room was clean and tidy, the spa bath was amazing. What more do you need? :) Oakey is a lovely town and this is the place to stay!

The room was very compfy and warm and the Owners went out of their way doing so… Thank u very much, will let my managers know to book here every time we work in the area… cheers.

Have been staying in motels in oakey for the part 14 year's at a local motel and have just changed to staying at the oakey motor Inn and have found Steve and family very friendly and nothing is a problem and would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Very friendly hosts. The room was fresh and clean, bed was nice and comfortable. Bathroom modern. We enjoyed our stay, very impressed. The poached eggs for breakfast were magnificent.

Best place to stay in Oakey. Great Wifi and steak.

Our Credit Card was charged an extra $20 that we weren't aware of or contacted about. When I made enquiries, the lady I spoke with told me that Michael was handling "this" and she would get him to call back, leaving my number. No One called back to discuss this charge. I rang again and Michael answered. Apparently for using the single bed as well, we were charged for a ' Family" Room when we asked for a Queen Room. I need back surgery and had worked all day… being in extreme pain, I slept in the queen bed and my partner slept in the single bed because it was available to us. We were under no impression that we had to pay extra for using the single bed. We have done this in other Motels and never charged extra… why would we think it would be the same here! Funny that when there is one person, the room is still charged for two, as you pay for the room! Before discovering our card being used without contacting us of the extra charge, I made enquiries to stay there again for another event that we were working at. They remembered us, but never brought up the subject of us using the extra bed or our credit card again. They had the opportunity to communicate this with us if you know you have done nothing wrong by the customer. Nothing said to us. Michael was abusive to me and kept yelling over the top of me. He needs lessons in his customer service.
