Great place to stay, not over priced, and a FANTASTIC VIEW! We were on the 18th floor was great! Staff very prompt aswell!

Counter staff excellent service. Requested for another kettle as the one provided was dirty. They came immediately to replace a new kettle for us. Apartment was good but if could provide tissue paper & rice cooker. May I suggest to have dishwashing detergent in a dispensing machine instead of small packets. It is more friendly to the environment. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Good place to stay. 2 lifts up. Private car park. Room size good. Can't really see the sea from living room or room unless in the balcony. Walking distance to the beach. Not much cafes around here need to walk up around 10 to 15 mins to see more cafes. Best to drive around to see more things.

Overall a good place and I would say again. Location close to beach and nice views of hinterland and/or beach depending on your room. Walking distance to skydeck and main drag of surfers. Right near tram stop too. Some cleanliness issues within apartment but nothing extreme, more like some dust buildup in sliding doors, bits of rubbish under bed, etc. Kitchen and bathroom very clean though. Some parts could use an update — shower head was obviously quite old and broke on last morning which we alerted them to. The staff were very nice. Importantly, it was very quiet and overall a comfortable stay.

Loved it. Beautiful Staff, very welcoming, go above and beyond to make sure ed your stay is what you want it to be. Highly recommended, as we booked through AirBnB and got a really really good price compared to what is on offer. Amenities and facilities were very clean and we will definitely be back again.

Good location, close to the light rail and walking distance to centre of Surfers. 2 mins to beach. Nice unit but a bit of outside noise.

The location was ideal. It was within walking distances (2 mins) to the nearby beach. 10-15 mins walk to the main Surfers Paradise strip. The apartment itself was huge for the one that we were given and it offered everything to be self sustained. Great views of the surrounding Surfers Paradise from the provided apartment. The service received from the staff was excellent. Even when the hot water system broke on the last night, they immediately gave us another apartment. That is top service. For the apartment itself it looked like it hasn't been cleaned nor has it been kept up to standards for a supposedly 4.5 star apartment. One of the room had water damage with damp in the ceiling and paint were striped away on the walls. Same room also had a cockroach in it, live and well. For the cleanliness on view it looked clean but in detail was quite dusty. This should be all resolved prior to anyone staying in the apartment.

The hotel manager has threatened me!. The hotel was very dirty and poor service. I don't want to use them again and I don't want to recommend anyone. My child played in the bath and it was flooded with water and 0.5sm of carpet was wet. The hotel took $324.50 from my account. It costs $324.50 to dry a slightly wet carpet. The hotel manager has threatened me when I told him I'd report the Fairtraning. He will report my family personal details to the Hotel association and make reservations at another hotel a disadvantage. It makes no sense that hotels in the service industry easily abuse personal information!.

Great amenities, rooms are tidy and well kept and staff are nice to deal with. Was really pleased with my stay. Recommend for couples and families. Close to Q1 and 150m from the ocean. They have a pool and a small gym. Wont be disappointed.

Great location and friendly staff! Stayed over a long period, Very homely place.

This is a serviced apartment more than a hotel. Full kitchen, proper fridge, dishwasher and washing machine make an extended stay very comfortable. Decent pool, sauna and steam room add a bit of a resort feel. Dont expect daily cleaning fresh towles and lots of 5 star perks. It is clean comfortable and foxtel is free in case it rains.

I stayed there in November it was my second time here, I love it. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. I love the location as it not too far from Cavill Ave and its also not so close as well, which is a good thing because its more quieter here as Cavill Area can be noisy. I loved my stay there on both occasions. I will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic views and apartments. Following a bad experience with Aegan apartments, managed to get a a room to stay for 3 nights in Artique. Rooms well maintained, self serviced apartments. Definitely recommend. Best value for money paid.

Great location 1 block from beach. Close shops etc. Good base and walking distance to fod beach and shops. Good underground parking and good sized pool with bbq facilities. Spa pool if you want to share with others. Ssuna and small which I didnt use. Rooms were pretty tidy though the shower in the ensuite had black mould. I asked staff about it and they advised maintenance would clean it the next day or cleaners the day after… no one did. Thought this should be a cleaning the unit 101.

A block very close to the beach with excellent areas and shops to visit.

Nice views. Close to the beach. A pool and gym area plus sauna and spa. Nice rooms clean and lovely. Good place in all for a few days or weeks.

Enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly upon arrival and departure and were very accommodating for families. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities and facilities to use including gym, sauna, pool, theatre room and virtual golf. Our apartment could have done with a slight update but was still clean and spacious. Secure car park and very secure grounds as you need to tap your key tag to get into hotel at night, into the lift to get to your floor and to use facilities. Would highly recommend staying here especially if you’re not looking to stay right in the heart of Surfers Paradise!

No assistance from staff on arrival. Was told to advise a day earlier to see if earlier check in was available they said they will call me as soon as the room is ready — I never received that call until it was time to check in. When we walked into the room the aircon was turned off and it was 40c very hot and uncomfortable after walking around all morning we just wanted to rest. Aircon was turned on full blast on lowest temp but very poor air flow! was pretty much not working the whole trip! very VERY disappointed… Bed was also very uncomfortable and caved in… Staff were inconsiderate and rude… We were given attitude esp from a young blonde staff member… Also I did request late check out day before as I was told initially and then that was also denied… I did say we will be down as soon as possible the morning of check out as I wanted to leave the room presentable. I then received a call from staff stating that they start charging a fee of $50 if you are not out of the room by 10.30 which this was not advised to begin with… Very unpleasant stay will never be staying here again… not happy didn't feel appreciated as a paying guest. Would not recommend to any family or friends!

Got a high floor n fantastic view of the beach. Apartment was nicely decorated and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Car park available for guest at basement.

Clean room, good facilities, love the view. Only thing that's lacking is the firmness of the pillow, I enjoyed the included toiletries!

Value for money and excellent location. We stayed 3 nights and it was not overly pricey considering it was a clean and good looking resort. It’s a boutique resort, not a huge lobby but classy in it’s quaintness. Location was just right — not too close to the main shopping drag and noise but still within walking distance for that emergency latte run. The apartment we stayed in was for 2 people but it was a good size. It had an open plan setting for kitchen and lounge room which could easily have 4+ people over for dinner. We even had 2 balconies! Laundry facilities were neatly tucked away inside a closet. I give it 4 stars as I’m holding back a star due to the poor state of the cutlery and cooking utensils. Preparing and cooking meals was a challenge. The leather couch in the lounge room must have been wiped down with a wet cloth which had not dried properly. It had a slight old rag smell. This is just me being picky. All in all, I would be happy to stay there again. Here’s a panoramic shot of our view from our apartment.

Superb. Spacious clean & modern apartment. Comfortable beds, and very well equipped kitchen. Attentive, friendly & capable reception staff. Magnificent views. Central Surfers Parise location close to everything you need for convenience. Competitively priced. Honestly one of the best properties we have had the pleasure of staying in. Lovely artwork in the apartment added to the contemporary feel. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a most enjoyable stay.

Absolutely best self catered apartments on the Gold Coast. Staying here with my partner for 10 nights and have found it to be an absolutely enjoyable experience the rooms are modern and well desinghed with everything you need. Apartment was clean and beds are comfy staff are always happy to help and very friendly. 100$ per night on level 25 definitely worth it with stunning beach views from our balcony. Will definitely be returning next time we stay on the Gold Coast. Ps don't listen to any of the bad reviews as me and my partner have had nothing but a fabulous time. Great hotel with modern facilities. The apartments are spacious and have lots of room and the required equipment for an extended stay. The staff were friendly and provided us with information about the hotel facilities. This hotel has a pool, spa, steam room and sauna. Parking is provided free for guests. The only downside to this hotel is the distance from Cavill Avenue and other places.

We were down for the Gold Coast Marathon and I highly recommend the Artique for it's cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff (thanks Patrick) and overall position withing a short 15min stroll to Cavill Avenue. It's about 200m up from the Northcliffe G:link tram station which places most of Surfers within easy reach. The amenities were fantastic. Loved the free use of the private theatre. It's like having a Gold Class theatre all to yourself. Underground secure parking topped it off. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely visit there again.

Liked the location. Easy walk to beach, shops, good restaurants and transport. Modern, large apartment with good views not crowded out by other buildings (were on 18th floor). Wife used the gym every morning. Good facilities. 5 stars from me because all expectations were met for price/quality. Not a full service hotel but you get what you pay for.

Would have chosen zero stars but it was not an option. What an inflexible and disloyal business. Had to change booking due to illness and was told it would be fine to reschedule for the following week. Expedia called to arrange it and they had changed their mind with in 5 minutes. We visit between 6-8 times per year on excursions and always try to use this same place. Never ever again. If we are not due loyalty then neither will you be. We also lost all our money. We are a group of people with disabilities and unfortunately people get sick suddenly. We will make sure people know about this.

Awesome units, modern and large in a awesome spot Nothing not to like, priced well and super clean and tidy.

Great complex. We were lucky enough to be in one of the 06 (906) which were bigger than the other areas view rooms. I had a look in the 05 and 03s when we were there, and 06 & 07 are the room to have. They also have the best views as they are on the smaller end which directly faces the ocean. Very clean tidy & modern, with a nice pool & spa area. Kids had a great time. Close to the beach, and a few blocks from surfers p. Slight drawbacks are only one trolley for luggage which is awkward when checking out, and the car park exit is very sloppy when wet. Overall great though, these are minor complaints.

Awesome place. Clean 2 bedroom appartments with ensuite. A good view, BBQ facility with pool and steam and Sauna. Basement parking available and friendly staff.

Fitness and leisure facilities are fantastic. Views from the 3rd floor aren't. Self contained is great though and good value for money.

We arrived at Artique about 10am on 3 August — having been 'on the road' since 1:30am. We were told that our room would not be available until 2pm, but could we give bank account details for bond (already pre paid for apartment). When we returned at 2pm, we were greeted with a blank stare and told that our room may still not be available. We were very tired. What would have been good would have been for us to have been offered entry to the ground floor facilities — pool, toilet etc. During the week we noted that other in coming guests were offered this courtesy and also given a 'welcome letter'. Overall Artique was a good experience, but the lack of a warm welcome set the tone lower than acceptable.

Myself and my partner have stayed here 4 times and each time we have loved it. Location is perfect, rooms are clean and very comfortable, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities are brilliant. Love it! We will be back.

Self Proclaimed 4 star very average place. Booked an 1 bedroom ocean view apartment where you get a city view of trams and noise of the main road which is currently ongoing redevelopment. I agree with Ronit on "you can see only speck of ocean from a corner of balcony. You cannot see any ocean from bedroom or living room. " Staff is friendly to talk but won't offer any assistance as they are not on the property at most times. You get 1 sachet of cleaning powder and every thing else you need to purchase from reception who are generally not available. Avoid this place. There are better places closer to beach and. I wont be surprised if another fake rating like Viliamo or Phil key turns up on this page.

Very average place. I had booked an 1 bedroom ocean view apartment. The photos depict you get ocean view from bedroom. However I could see only speck of ocean from a corner of balcony. You cannot see any ocean from bedroom or living room. I had asked for heater as it was cold and they could not offer that either. During my stay Foxtel, Dishwasher and Telephone werent working and had to be fixed during my stay. You get 1 toilet roll and 1 sachet of cleaning powder. The reception is closed on sunday after 1 pm and anything you may require will take place on following day. The Spa is super chlorinated instead of cleaning. Try to avoid this place. There are heaps of better places with ocean front Artique is almost 2 blocks inland from the ocean.

This place was a bargain for what we got! Full kitchen with lounge and separate bedroom. Plus 2 balconies. Best value for money place I've ever stayed in.

Great Location! Great Apartments! Great staff! Recently stayed here in a two bedroom on the 28th level. Fantastic views. Rooms were spotless and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it and we will be back.

Too great, there is a spa, a swimming pool and even a virtual golf course. I loved this hotel.

We had spent three nights in a two bedroom apartment recently. Our experience were quite different from the other three comments before ours. We find the apartment very spacious and clean. It is well lit with ample 12V 50W dichroic down lights. There are a few table lamps and floor standing lamps. It is well furnished and has all the necessary kitchen utensils and laundry/ironing/cleaning tools or equipment. The airconditioner is efficient and quiet. In fact our apartment is rather quiet despite being on second floor. The reception staff are nice and courteous. We had the opportunity to meet with the manager too when we asked them to show us what the other type of rooms are like. The manager showed us around. The booking manager was also very nice. She helped us to look for a missing item during her own lunch break. This was a day after we had checked out by the way. The mobile phone reception for phone and data were good. No issue using my phone as hot spot for my laptop internet access. The TV in my apartment is 42' I think. There is a DVD player attached to it. It is now winter but we had used the pool and spa. There is a movie theatre in basement level but we did not get the chance to use it. There are electric BBQ area next to the pool. It looks very clean. We did not get a chance to use this facilities too. Maybe during the next visit. By the way, there are many temporary visitor's car parking lots. A lot more then I have seen elsewhere.
