I booked this apartment last minute for Australia day, it was a little expensive but it looked great on the website so decided to book. First thing we notice is the bifold doors to the bedroom are broken, the bathroom is part of the bedroom with no separate walls so therefore no privacy between the loungeroom and bathroom. Only half a roll of toilet paper provided, used soap in the shower and a hole in the toilet wall. Great location, thats about it! Would not recommend.

Location was fantastic and the manager was really nice but they are the only good things I can say about it, the actual apartment we stayed in was absolutle filth. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and gave it a good clean. The bathrooms weren't cleaned at all with pubic hairs still in the shower and on the floor, soap scum still in the sinks, and toothpaste splatter all over the mirror. The stench was unbearable. Had to pay for Wi-Fi, you had to pay to use the air conditioner. There were ants on steroids. I could deal with the apartment being outdated but it not being clean was a whole new ball game, you are given half a roll of toilet paper, the pillows were that stained we couldn't use them, mattress torn! The drapes throughout the apartment were so badly stained and disgusting. Such a shame! Wish I could post photos on here!

I booked my daughters birthday weekend away here and was very disappointed and will not be wasting my money again! This hotel was filthy, looked like it had never had a spring clean. I had six children with me and only one got to have a hot shower. There were electrical faults and an oven that I couldn't use as it wasn't even attached to the wall. A friend that helped out was also zapped by a power point. I paid $300 per night and was absolutely disgusted in the hotel. There was no numbers to contact reception. I have also been told there will be no refund — I would have been happy with a half price discount as we couldn't use the facilities the hotel states it has. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great apartments with beautiful views. Been here a few times and will keep coming back. Couldn't ask for better and friendlier staff, especially Jacky. Highly recommend to everyone!

After being let down with our previous hotel booking we received fantastic service from both the receptionist and the manager when we stubbles upon this place. They even showed us the rooms they had vacant so we could choose! Great position, great rooms, comfy beds and everything you need is right here. Thanks for helping us out… 10/10!

Stayed at The Alexander Apartments and It was fantastic! Close to Beach 50 metres away! Undercover parking Indoor and Outdoor pools etc.

The management at these apartment are kind and understanding with a great location Would definitely recommend these holiday apartments.

A 10 min walk to Surfers or 15 mins to Broadbeach. And the beach is only a 100 m away. The apartments are all right and we got great service when we stayed. It's a great spot.
