Very spacious rooms, much like a medium sized apartment. Within expansive surrounds and a golf course.

Clean and modern, nice pool. Underground carpark very tight.

Nice place to stay in goldcoast area.

Great place for a relaxing holiday.

Have lived here for 8 years and love it. Recently painted, tropical gardens, lovely beach pool and so close to theme parks. High speed internet and Foxtel included. Sanctuary Cove on the golf cart, nearest beach Paradise Point with great cafes. 40 mins to Brisbane, 30 mins to Gold Coast, 20 minutes to Surfers Paradise.

Looks and feels good can do clean. Nice pool area.

Great location close to theme parks and golf courses and good value for money. Perfect for families with fully self contained apartments. The lagoon pool, beach and hot tub are fantastic. We love this place.

The walls throughout the apartment had cheap patch work with mismatched paint. Bench tops were a complete disgrace, they were filthy and stains all over. The second bedroom had a portable Aircon instead of a split system, which was extremely loud, to the point we had to turn it off to sleep. Would not stay there again.

What a joke this place is! The permanent residents abuse you for anything and everything and although the the facility is nice that is about where it ends! the staff are not helpful and in our experience down right rude! There is also nowhere that advises you that the whole complex is non smoking — you only find out once they have your money or someone is screaming at you over the balcony — even though In your room it advises you can on your balcony? My kids whom are under 6 were chastised by a "committee member" instead to speakingto me their parent … Not cool in my eyes — I would never recommend this facility to anyone again what a let down! Having holiday makers and permanent residents is not working here! If I was an owner in the holiday letting I'd be disappointed at the handling of issues at the place — This is not a resort at all! Do yourself a favour people don't stay here.

Location * location * location * fantastic, friendly, clean, spacious and extremely secure. underground car parking. The Units are Very spacious. Beach Pool with Spa, Sauna, Gym & BBQ's Available to Guests 6am to 10pm Very Spacious King Bedrooms with Ensuite, Fully equipped Kitchen with Wall Oven, Bench Not plates, Microwave, full size Fridge & Dishwasher. Plus Washing Machine and Dryer.

Freezing cold swimming pool, so the kids could not swim at all : (. Poor internet in rooms which we paid for, but no one was able to fix the connection. The furniture was tired. The television in the lounge was far too small. They advertise foxtel, but don't tell you its only some of the channels,. The cleaning was substandard — there was someone elses hair in the shower (I know it was not mine as this hair was long). I wanted to leave soon after we arrived, but as we have prepaid we knew we would have trouble getting our money back. We have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels and resorts and this was definitely not one of those. The kids were so disappointed that a resort would not have a heated swimming pool for overseas visitors escaping to the gold coast during winter. We also double booked due to their website not indicating that we were not booking a 2 bedroom apartment but were in fact booking 2 2 bedroom apartments, and then charged us $250.00 nz to cancel the incorrect booking. We were bitterly disappointed.

Beautiful setting, and good service for 5-star apartments. Love the pool, large balconies and spacious rooms. Girls at reception always friendly.

The facility is good (eg. Pool, gym). The room is fair but definitely not of a 5-star quality. I don't know where they receive this rating from. Probably self-rated! The service is very bad! We felt that once we have booked and paid the money it is up to them to decide what they will and will not provide. Management seems to be making up rules as they go. What was OK yesterday might not be the case today! So, make sure everything they promised you is written down on paper because they can back-flip on their previous verbal agreement with you at a whim. Spell out your preference when making a booking and insist that they contact you if they are unclear about your request. To foolproof it, ask for a detailed written confirmation of your reservation. Do not accept a general "your reservation has been amended" because you might be in for a surprise on arrival.

Rooms overlooking the pool I'm building 1 are fantastic.
