Great place to come and relax, nice and quiet, not too far to walk into Broadbeach CBD, close to Casino and Pacific Fair.

Great spot with great facilities and friendly and helpful staff.

We just spent 9 nights staying at Ocean Pacific and we will definitely be back!
Perfect location, walking distance to the beach, Pacific Fair, The Oasis shopping mall and lots of restaurants on Surf Parade.
The room facilities were great with dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. And the resort pool and spa were a big hit with the kids!

Avoid this hotel. They will put anyone’s life at risk for money. We booked in this hotel and paid $1200, unfortunately we decided not to go for the safety of our family and safety of Queenslanders after Northern beaches, Sydney COVID outbreak. This hotel refused to refund our money and insisted we still come when we mentioned to them that we have been in the red zone in Sydney. We not going was not in our control as both nsw and Queensland governments made it clear for people to not travel if you have been close to northern beaches or greater Sydney. This hotel only thinks about its revenue and said borders are still open, you are welcome to come, and we will not refund. Absolutely putting their staff at risk of COVID transmission and not at all acting responsibly for their staff and greater Gold Coast community.

What terrible service I just received. In a time of crisis globally, this hotel when contacted about the situation would not give an opportunity to even discuss the situation. the phone was closed on my face twice. When anything goes wrong ever. Do not expect any form of service whatsoever from this hotel.

We wish to pass on our favourable review on our super 2 weeks holiday at this accommodation. The location was ideal, views amazing, as we were quite high up and Sun all the time. Will certainly return when next visiting Broadbeach. Val.

Waking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning over the ocean was captivating! Friendly staff and great service, The place was clean and well looked after, Great location everything at your fingertips! Loved this place! will definitely be back again!

My family and I have stayed here five times. Love it. Apartments have everything. Pools are lovely and clean. Close to everything. Short walk to the beach. Perfect for families. They have foxtel and free Wi-Fi. Underground parking. 1 or 2 bed apartments. Full kitchen.

Absolutely love this place. Conveniently located over the road to pacific fair, and a short walk to broadbeach.

The view from the balcony is amazing. Rooms are wide and tidy. Its luxurious.

Great view from my 12th floor room facing the beach. Easy walk to the Casino, the beach and the shopping centres. We arrived on a Saturday after 3pm but didn't realise the reception would no longer be open. We followed the instructions by the door and were able to grab our room keys from the safe once we got inside. Only stayed the one night, so didn't get to try out the pool, but it looked good.

Promises alot but doesn't deliver. Booked an "Ocean View" to which we had no ocean view, just a view of the palm trees from Level 2. I rang up to get a higher room as we should have had as per booking, apparently none available for 5 days (3 days later, new travellers we were in lift with go up to Level 17, mind you) then the extremely rude manager Lyn promised us 1 night's refund for the mistake to which we never recieved. I called 2 weeks later and Lyn goes back on her word and stated that she apparently she said it was an extra night free. Why would we want an extra night when we are from interstate and only there for a certain amount of time?! Furious, never returning or recommending.

I had a great stay here! Place is very clean and with a beautiful views! Stuff is very helpful and friendly in special Sophia, who assisted us so much! Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for 2 weeks in 2009, lovely room, friendly unobtrusive staff, clean rooms, helpful staff at the front desk, mixture of permanent and casual accommodation, great views from every room, nice swimming pool. Quick walk across the park to the beach, about a 2 minute walk to Pacific fair shopping centre, buses can pickup from front door when booked for theme parks etc. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again.

Super modern apartment with gorgeous decor. Roomy 2 bdrm apartment with 2 bath. The best ocean view from 15th floor. 1 block back from beach. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Just the reception opening hour is too short, otherwise the service is good, room is hygienic and tidy. Nice view of sunrise and sunset. Overall very comfortable to stay in the apartment.

Great apartment, clean, modern design, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice pool and spa, gym, games room for kids and adults (pool table, massage chairs, computer games. ) and fabulous location — you can't go wrong. Make sure to ask for sea view so you get an apartment on the high floors (unless you happy with a garden and a pool view:). Very close to pacific fair mall, oasis mall (good, affordable car rental — BBCR), restaurants (best Indian restaurant is few meters away-Saffron), public transport …

We have stayed at a few places in the Gold coast and this has been one of the best. We were lucky to get a room on the 19th floor which had an amazing view of the ocean. The pool was great, the hotel was clean and there was no noise from traffic etc. When we were ready to go to bed (which has been a problem at previous hotels). The location is handy to walk to the beach, Pacific Fair, shops and restaurants, park's and the tram. We would stay here again. ☺️

Spacious, clean all that we needed for our stay. Close to shops and bus and rail transport. Nice views of foreshore.

Rooms are fresh and modern and although it is a street back there is seaview from all rooms as there is only school grounds in front.

Felt like home away from home! Casual, low key, value for money — used the outdoor heated pool most days and had unrestricted view of the ocean from the apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed on 18th floor with unbeatable views of the coastline. We loved every aspect of our stay. The apartment was spacious and light filled, the location is perfect for beach, shops, light rail and highway access. The building facilities were great and staff were attentive and polite. We will definitely be back.

Perfectly adequate. The room is nice and large. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really a 1 bed plus study with kid's beds. Equipment is all very bargain basement stuff which can make cooking a bit of an experience. Definitely not a non stick experience Nice and quiet location. About 10 minutes to the beach. Large shopping centre nearby has a good Coles and Woolworths. You will need this as our apartment didn't even have salt or pepper! Also expect to bring or buy all your food. The staff even quibbled over replacing our spent toilet roll, let alone tea and coffee. Last plan around a 10am strict checkout — we asked for an extra hour but there was no chance.

Spectacular Views! Beautiful rooms with every need at hand. Restaurants in the area are simply awesome! The only place I would stay at the Gold Coast.

Staff are helpful. We stayed on the 7th floor and our view was amazing. Room was clean and modern. On the day we were to depart we ran out of coffee. My husband saw a cleaner in the car park and she kindly gave us a couple of sachets. Doesn't sound like much but to us it made our morning. Reception were great. We will definately be back and have told a couple of our friends to stay here.

Great location close to Pacific Fair shopping centre. Great views and very polite staff. In room amenities could be improved but good value for money.

Average self service apartments, in a nice location. Photos make it seem a lot bigger and modern than it is, has recently been refurbished.

Probably my favourite place to stay on the GC. Really nice looking apartments, very clean, excellent service, very close to shops and cafes. Never had any trouble there. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a week in a suite apartment. Place was clean and very comfortable. Location was great — walking distance to the convention centre and a tram stop across the road. Pool and facilities were great.

I stayed here in August of 2012 and it was fantastic! I had my little boy with me who they were more than happy to cater for with high chairs and port-a-cots! fantastic and beautiful place to stay! would definitely go back. Its nice and close to the beach and best of all across the road from PACIFIC FAIR! haha.
