Can't fault this place. We will be back.

Great location only approx 600m from Kurrawa surf club, 200m to beach, nice spacious 3 bedroom unit 2 bath/toilet, kitchen/laundry with washer & clothes drier. Unit could do with a spruce up, paint, furnishings some cracked tiles etc, looking a bit tired. A very large complex am sure other newer units Would be tidier. Very handy to Broadbeach eateries, would stay here again as these minor things didn’t affect our stay.

Stayed here a while ago and it was amazing! The pool was so nice could see the city skyline best place to stay at the Gold Coast if you ask me!

Excellent location. Beach, shopping, restaurants, parks all with 5 mins walk. Very roomy 3 bedroom apartment. Great view of beach. Ceiling fans above each bed (highly needed:-) ), air con in lounge. Pool was great. Bit of a rabbit Warren to get around, but after a few days you work it out. Good family accommodation.

Very clean nice however hard fo find.

Beautiful rooms, quiet, friendly staff, easy access to garage. Close to beach. Easy 2min walk to shops and 5 mins to the tram station.

Best place we have had the pleasure of staying in! Was modern and spacious and unit 13 has the best outdoor area with access directly to the pool. We couldnt fault our stay at La Grande Apartments and know where we will stay next time we visit :)

Clean and comfortable. Modern and spacious. Can't beat the location — just across the very quiet road is the beautiful beach. Five minute walk to supermarket and vast choice of restaurants. Couldn't fault.

I was impressed with the apartment. The view is great and the rooms are spacious. Free safe parking as well.

Our unit was seafront with magic views. Recently renovated it was truly 5 star. Lots of space for family and very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Amazing views and a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and clean, I was so impressed by how everything in the room workred well and was spotless.

We went to see if we wanted to purchase one of the apartments. Being in Broadbeach it is much sort after. The one we saw was immaculately presented. The agent was not pushy either. What makes this place attractive is proximity to the shops and restaurants, and beautiful parks.

Loved our 3 bed apartment, we had views of the beach from our top floor balcony. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Have returned for another visit and was wowed by this apartment too.

Room was perfect, excellent views as good as expected.

I had my family of 13 stay and the place is so beautiful. The apartments we had were awesome! I have said numerous times to friends that the apartments were decorated the way you see in home magazines. So so beautiful. Plantation shutters and doors opening onto balconies overlooking the ocean. So relaxing.

A lot of unhappy customers NO smoking on outside balcony was told at the door on the day curtains don't close properly, had to use pegs table very sticky even after being cleaned like a massive build up of dirt spa and sauna miles from the pool was hardly any toilet paper had to buy our own there was 7 people saying we only had 6 towels definitely wouldn't recommend it all won't be back after paying 1813.56 book through Discover Queensland and was not told about the conditions that you weren't allowed to smoke on your own balcony.

We recently stayed at LaGrande Apartments and were extremely happy. We booked a garden view 3 bedroom and it was perfect. It had everything we needed and was the right fit for our family of 3 adults and 4 kids. The staff were excellent with their communication in our booking and the lead up to our arrival.
The kids loved being right near the beach and it was only a short walking distance to cafes, restraunts and a shopping centre which we took advantage of most nights.
I would highly recommend LaGrande and will definitely stay there again.

Really nice building and rooms. Worth the money. There's no smoking in the buildings or the land you have to be outside the fence line to smoke to let people know.
