Fantastic location in the valley! Love the views from the two bedroom apartments. So convenient to Janes street. New farm markets. Several ferries. Southbank and city minutes away. Amazing bars/ roof top included all within easy walking and great music venues everywhere. Friendly helpful staff. Shopping on janes street is fabulous!

Terrible service, no value for money. Pick chain with a reputable name and clear guidelines for staff on how to treat guests.

Unprofessional staff at checkin. Rude management. Wouldn’t recommend staying at this location if you are under 25 as their proximity to fortitude valley makes them suspicious of young people. External cleaners bill for cleaning of regular wear and tear for a one night stay which is minimal but they were required to clean for a checkout on a public holiday. Which makes $250 room nearly $400.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was amazing, view was spectacular.

My friend booked this apartment for her bday and I went and stayed with her. It was a nice apartment. However. I left my expensive shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. When I called to see if I could come and collect it they said the cleaners had not found anything in that room. They have external cleaners so I’m my opinion they have taken my expensive shampoo and conditioner instead of being professional and handing it in. VERY disappointed. I had literally just bought them. I know I probably shouldn’t have taken them and taken travel size but I don’t like anything else on my hair. I just expect hotels/apartments to store personal belongings found in rooms in case the person calls! I guess not this one.

Nice apartments but like, if the phone receptionist could like, act older than like, 16, like that would be like totes way better. Put an adult on reception and I'll change my review to 5 stars.

M & A Apartments offer a modern, clean and conveniently situated accommodation close to so many restaurants, shops and nightlife! The pool deck area is a hidden gem where you can relax and enjoy your privacy. Love this place.

What a terrific location. Love to come back in summer when we could use that gorgous pool area more. The area is great for wandering around and lots of places to eat, some right in the complex. It's really nice. They could easily charge more for what you get. Will be back for sure.

These apartments are great, still very new and are in a great location right in the middle of fortitude valley. Good choice for accommodation near the valley & james street.

We had a fantastic stay at M&A Apartments. Our room was stylish and clean, and when we stepped outside we had a range of dinning options available to us. Overall, we thought the apartment was good value for money and we will definitely be returning for another stay!

Really great place to stay – right in the centre of everything Brisbane has offer! Very much enjoyed my stay there.

Too many irrelevant rules and strict guidelines. Over the top on things like parking rules, clean oil stains on car park, cleaning apartment to make it as new, lift use / scratches, Also moving in and out — its a nightmare due to poor design meaning you need to use two lifts with 80m between them.
