Stayed Saturday night after being quoted $165 got charged $200, no hot water saturday night or Sunday morning, when complained couldn’t give a care in the world, dirty bathroom, timber in balcony with nails sticking out, had young children there, so very dangerous, only stayed caught no vacancy elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting dirty rooms that look like they have never been cleaned dead cockroaches and other bugs. No hot water, aircons not working. Would never ever recommend staying here.

Disgusting the place stank the remote didn’t work aircon was obnoxiously loud no Foxtel as advertised TV remote didn’t even work Ash all over the balcony overlooks the shitest part of the river also people were loud all night and management took no action.

Disgusting hotel was recommended by the hospital. Wouldn't stay again. Plus they changed me over the advertised price! I was in a non smoking room and there were cigarette buttons outside on the ground. My babe got a hold of one.

The shower was just warm I used no cold water at all and it was lukewarm.

My husband stayed here recently & nearly suffered a needle stick injury from a used syringe in the basin drain. This pretty much sums up the whole place.

Absolutely f**king disgusting. The owner has not morals or respect, in her words ‘I just need money’.

Rooms were not clean enough (chewing gum stuck to the handle of the screen door, toothpaste smeared over the bathroom door). Air conditioning didn't work at all, and the guy at the front desk obviously doesn't care. He didn't even lift his eyes up from his computer when we checked out! The place is very outdated and run down. This motel is one of only two choices in Windsor if you want to be able to walk to everything. Unfortunately the other motel has even worse reviews than this one, and is owned by the same person. The only thing that has stopped this place from going out of business is the great location right in town.

Filthy. Refuse refunds for uncleaned rooms. Across the road is no better. Owned by the same guy.

This place isn’t fit for a dying dog let alone a human. This was the state of the room they gave me last Thursday night. Absolutely disgusting I am going to take this to the department of fair trading and also to the health minister.
These guys should not even be open.

This place is really bad to stay with infant, the staff was not even corporate. The pillows were extremely dirty and so Bathroom. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Don’t come to this place, I repeat DONOT COME HERE. This place is a total fail and needs to be closed ASAP. Staying here was a terrible, exceptionally bad and painful experience.
Highly unprofessional attitude. The manager was rude, ugly and don’t have any sense of good manners. All she is interested is getting your money. The place was very unpleasant and stinky. In 140$ you can stay way much better place then this even for 20$ don’t think of staying here.

Due to outward appearance and location (close to pubs, food, and shopping) was really looking forward to staying here. You know what they say about getting your hopes up. Apon arrival could not have been made to feel less welcome. With no help or directions, we found our very basic, outdated, musty smelling room. Tea & coffee, the only amenities. A very old broken & dirty A/C barely clinging to the wall fell apart when I attempted to use it. Stepping on to the balcony to take in the great view of the river is when we noticed how putrid the balcony & plastic furniture were. After finding that their foxtel meant about 5-6 channels, I went to reception to ask about Wi-Fi. Well how dare i, the tsk, huff, and Nooo I got could well have come from a disgruntled teenager. Do yourself a favour head a little further down the road to Richmond you'll have a choice of places to stay.

The room was dirty, dishes were dirty and unwashed, staff rude, beds had collapsed with age felt the springs, The whole place smelt musty. With a little bit of love and it could be a nice motel.

I wish I’d read these reviews before staying. Roaches in rooms, stained mattresses, filthy bathrooms, decaying cornishings and door frame, filthy walls, bad smells, broken mirrors, bug filled lights, rude staff, no phones, no hairdryer, no Wi-Fi as claimed on website. Burn this place to the ground!

Currently sitting in room at 12:30 am waiting for noisy motel guests to be quiet after being asked twice by us to be more thoughtful. Tried to ring reception but the number given is incorrect. Will need to make complaint in the morning. Very disappointing because we came here for a relaxing evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Booked on the phone and ended up over the road … same owners. Filthy bathroom, generally disgusting.

MY BELONGINGS GOT STOLEN! I called the receptionist, she was so rude and didn’t want to listen to my reasonings and then she hanged up on me! Not to mention there were cockroaches in our room and the blanket and towel had stains! I would never want to go back again to risk my health and my stuff to get stolen!

Very Very friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating. The rooms appeared clean but could use a face lift… Ample parking on site at the time… Walls and doors blocked out most noise but corridor noise and noise on the patios does sleep through. Room Security doors to ground floor patio had the mesh broken near the locks. Small security issue there but as long as both doors are locked, there should be no issues. Management do need to get the mesh fixed though.

Hidden gem. I stay here 2 nights every week for work. The decor might be a little dated but it's cheap, clean and walking distance to several pubs/bars and with heaps of eating options and parking is not a problem.

Extremely rude customer service both on arrival and during our stay. Not at all willing to accommodate and when we were late on check out, they took bags from the room, even when we tried to explain there had been a mistake and we had booked for 2 nights and were on our way back to sort it out. Don’t stay here.

Overstated facilities, obvious lack of maintenance, lights nor working, noisy fan in bathroom. Mattress needed replacing. Room was clean and good linen. The biggest disappointed was the receptionist, who was rude with uncaring attitude.

Was clean friendly bed was comfy large bathroom very close to all amenities including river.

Not a great motel. Very old and had a musky smell. Mould on doors. Outside balcony and furniture was black and mouldy. Cups where dirty from people before. Hair dryer was broken. Very sad for the price we payed.

On first encounter the room was standard and clean enough looking. Considering it's Windsor there isn't much in the way of choice. However there were some unfortunate surprises such as the the hot water coming out brown, so a shower was out of the question. Next up was our attempt to sleep, we lasted till about 3am before my non-astmatic fiancé was having such bad coughing fits that neither of us could sleep, so we just left. Mind you her coughing stopped as soon as we left.

Average motel with essentials. The hot water in the sink would not work though, it kept spitting out brown water.

Whilst you do get what you pay for regarding the room, the staff are horrible. They hardly speak a word of English, are unhelpful and flat out rude. They were constantly loudly bitching about each other at the reception desk and the manager is less than helpful and the most horrible person I have encountered.

Checked in and immediately after opening the door asked for to upgrade as the air con was above the entry and was leaking on the tiles (slip hazard) plus the room smelt of smoke. So $30 extra and across the road we went only to find 3 bags of rotting rubbish in the breakfast shute and coffee drips from previous guests. Another old window rattler air con. Clean linen though. I wouldnt stay here again.

Beware. Booked 2 rooms on line, then cancelled 1 by phone 9 days in advance, and still got charged for it. Was told it's their "policy", but only applies if you book on line, so don't do it! Added insult, the booking was for a festival weekend and the room was resold. Very poor attitude.

The location fantastic. The room very unclean. The manager very rude and also debited my credit card when we decided not to stay. A fraud and a thief.

Nice location close to what ever you as tourist need. Nice rooms view to the river with cheap plastic chairs and table but it is OK. The bad thing was the cleanliness of the room and toilet needs to be improve. The ants was everywhere in our room even on the beds. I would like to add some photos to show everyone how bad was it. Excuse my English language…

WORST experience ever! We had two rooms booked for 2 families with young children. We had driven 6 hours only to be told when we arrived that afternoon that the rooms had been given away! The woman who took the booking 4 days earlier had written down an incorrect number of our credit card. Instead of checking the card when we originally booked (like they are supposed to), or a phone call when they realised the number was wrong (they didn't check it until the day we were arriving) they just gave the rooms away! Left two young families stranded! Incredibly rude woman running the place. Very unreliable, DON'T RISK IT! This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review, but after our horrific experience with this place I felt people need to be aware!

Awful. Stayed over long weekend. I know why they want you to pay in full on check-in. Rooms not clean, we stayed 5 nights, bed only made once, never vacuumed. Old, noisy air-conditioner barely worked. It might be in a nice location, but not a good experience.
