What a beautiful place to stay in such an amazing location! The view of Sydney harbour and the bridge was outstanding it felt like you could almost reach out and touch it! The hotel itself was really lovely beautiful furnishings and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room we had a 1 bed deluxe apartment was awesome so roomy wonderfully set out with a spa bath in the bathroom and a balcony and views to die for!
The pool was excellent with a spa attached and a mezzanine level to sit and relax afterwards and watch the world go by on the water!
It was our first stay here and the location to dining and with a mini mart downstairs was excellent! Circular Quay was right alongside the hotel with the train station about 3 mins walk away.
I would totally recommend a stay to anyone it was the best!

Great location and our harbour view room had excellent views. Great how you can get direct access to the promanade around Bennalong point. Loved the Hacienda bar. Room super spacious. Staff awesome.

Great food and drinks but very slow service took minimum half an hour to receive a drink that came in a bottle.

5* Great location and views. Great suites with everything needed for comfort. Lovely spacious bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Lovely friendly staff and car valet parking. Breakfast menu excellent for adults and children.
(A little suggestion, Rooms just need blackout curtains to make perfect)

Harbour view is definitely 5 star. Service from staff at the front desk is fantastic. Restaurant is terrible. The staff in the restaurant don’t seem to know what’s going on and mix orders up. Also for a 5 star hotel rooms are very tired and dated luckily the view is there. I’ve found Accor hotels are usually like this. For a so called 5 star hotel realistically it’s a 3 to a 4.

Great service, they bring your bags and the stuff up to your room, they will drive your car to there parking area, we found that the staff are so friendly and willing to help you anytime, and amazing views, with a small walk to circular quary, to the city trains and the ferry, the Rocks is about 15 minute spectacular walk.

Room equipment slightly old, but the balcony to see out the view of the pier is very beautiful, convenient transportation, service personnel friendly, but at present next to the construction of buildings, dayday after 9 o'clock construction is very noisy.

In love this hotel and have stayed many times. The location is, in my opinion, one of the best in the world and the suites are great. However, this time I felt that it was still very good but looking a little tired. The bed was nowhere near what it was a decade ago in terms of luxury, the breakfast room leather bench seating was very cracked and the room was showing signs of wear and tear. Things like the taps missing fixing screws, the towel shelf being wobbly on the wall, paintwork cracked and flecked above the shower. Nothing major at all but perhaps ready for a refurb in the next few years, just to keep it tip-top. Service was good overall especially the chap who appeared to be the manager and the front desk staff. One minor issue that I did take up with them at the time — I emailed to ask them to book a cab for me upon departure. They said they didn't offer that service but could arrange a private car for $140. I organised my own cab as a result, however on check out I was asked if they could book me a cab! This is no major issue but does present a bit of dissonance in terms of quality first customer service. However despite my honest comments, this is still a great hotel and my first choice in Sydney.

Absolutely enjoyed my time there immensely. Beautiful self contained apartments with hotel service and gorgeous views to watch over the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Just off City centre in Circular Quay, you literally are in the heart of the city centre. It's a 5 star hotel, so expect that.

My husband and I had dinner at Q Dining for our second anniversary. The wait staff were fantastic, the food was lovely and we were so spoilt! Free champagne and 'happy anniversary' written on my dessert. Thanks so much for making our night so special! :)

Great service, view, location for events like Vivid and opera house. Included breakfast was unlimited a la carte! What a great start to the day.

Reserved a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the harbor. The hotel did not disappoint, they were able to hold luggage before check in time, the room was spacious, clean and everything was impeccable. The bathroom even has a jacuzzi tub for 2. The full kitchen was useful which even had a nespresso machine. Well worth the money.

Fantastic, as accor members we have stayed in some beautiful places. This one is absolutely the best. Service. Hotel. Location.!

Location is fantastic. Stayed on the 7th floor overlooking Circular Quay beautiful view loved watching the cruise ships leaving however the room it's self is a little dated. Reception staff were impeccable and very polite. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular.

Regardless of requesting for a child friendly room, we ended up getting a room with a broken lock to the door leading to the balcony and therefore was constantly stressed. The bathroom shower cubicle door did not close properly causing the entire bathroom floor to get wet making it very slippery and very unpleasant to use there after. Very poor at replacing the tea/sugar and milk. Had to keep calling and requesting them to replace it. The restaurant was under staff at breakfast time, the service was very poor and food very very ordinary. The plus point of the hotel being its location. Very conveniently located.

Very disappointing I booked a table for 2 for high tea only to get a phone call two hours before the reservation cancelling it. Was told I didn’t give the 48 hrs needed. Staff didn’t advise that at the time of taking my reservation or is it noted on your website. Thanks Pullman’s, this was a birthday high tea with my Daughter. Have been wanting to try your hotel but now I don’t think I’ll bother!
Ps The Sheraton was more than helpful with a last minute table, they don’t need 48hrs to make scones.

Wonderful stay. Apartments beautifully clean and comfortable staff very friendly and helpful. This is not our first time here but never been disappointed.

Lovely room with quirky shape. Restaurant has great food and service. But room service so lovely with great views, you'll probably just stay in bed.

Given the price, I couldn't give this place more than 4 stars. The location is wonderful. The rooms are large. However the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor with every shower and the air conditioner did not cool the room. I was also very disappointed with the gym. You have to walk through the wet pool area to access the dark, humid gym. Equipment was mediocre. Overall I do not think it's worth the price. For the rooms with the view of the harbour, the price is rediculous.

Great location, terrific views, wonderful staff, restaurant bars on site, plus step outside and you have an entire city to get lost in. Loved it.

Honestly the nice experience I have had staying in Sydney. The staff were great and made the extra effort with room placement and prompt service! Highly recommended to family and friends.

This has been our 3rd stay at the Pullman Quay Grand when we visit Sydney every year, and we are impressed every time! Apart from the fact that the view is unbeatable, the service is always outstanding, the location extremely convenient and the apartments very comfortable! During this visit I required urgent medical assistance, and within a couple of minutes 2 of the staff were in our room taking control of the situation and arranged for me to be taken to hospital. We cannot thank them enough for their professional and calm assistance, and the care and concern they showed afterwards! We will be back again!

This is for the attention of the Q restaurant chef/manager. My husband and I had dinner at Q dining last night. On return home I became violently ill with food poisoning. I was so ill I considered calling an ambulance. I was so sick all night and today I am recuperating in bed, feeling extremely weak, tired and dehydrated. I believe your food safety standards to be below par and unsafe. I started with the oysters, then the dory then the dessert plate. My gut feeling is that your oysters were off. All I know is that one of these dishes made me violently ill to the point where I thought I was going to pass out from the pain and vomiting and the rest. I hope to get a quick response from you. I have also emailed.

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious, 61 square metres — more like an 1 bed room apartment with kitchenette and laundry, and with excellent views. The parking/drop off is a little tight, but at least the road is a dead-end road with low traffic. There were 2 low points with our stay: 1. Don't bother with the 'sofa-bed'. The mattress is so thin that you feel every spring and wire in it. It's much more comfortable to fold it up as a sofa, use the sofa cushions on the floor is a lot more comfortable. 2. The breakfast staff were inefficient and poorly presented. They need better training, guidance, and monitoring. Otherwise, this hotel had everything.

I took my parents for a drink in the bar as it's a good city location but quiet enough to hear each other. It's also close to a few good restaurants along Oxford St and easy to get a cab elsewhere if you don't eat at the restaurant.

Do yourself a favour. Save your bickies and take your special person in your life for a weekend there. Enjoy the great service (thanks David! ), incredible location and lovely restaurant their. Consistently excellent!

Visited the bar for drinks. The decor and view were great. Staff were friendly and provided great service. I was in desperate need for a pick me up but the bar doesn't serve coffee or energy drinks of any kind so I had to duck out to the convenience store down stairs.

Only popped in real quick with a some friends to see someone real quick. Looked pretty nice though. Rooms were clean and everything was modern.

Excellent room and great service. In close proximity to the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay. Great number of Food & Beverage options within walking distance of the hotel. Greal location for a walk around Sydney as well.

The hotel is great, but definetely getting a bit old in their style and design. There are little things that make a difference, like the slow Wi-Fi that has a very small limit if you're not a member. It's in a great location if you're after views of the bridge, and a really quick walk to the Opera house.

Brilliant location to use as a base exploring Sydney. Large, comfortable suit with a full kitchen and Euro laundry would be great for longer stays. Rooms starting to look a little shabby though and could do with some fresh paint. Service very good!

Perfect location. Came to check out Vivid and it did not disappoint. Great views from the room if you get a harbor view. Will totally be back here. Been coming for years. The rooms are starting to look a bit dated now but they are very spacious and perfect for weekend getaways. Comfy bed, big bathrooms large lounge/kitchen area.

Location per se is absolutely awesome as we were upgraded to have a full view of the harbour. Sunrise and sunset is something to look forward to. Service was great as well as the staff are very nice and welcoming. Will definitely come back for another stay and recommend the place. Kudos!

Very efficient check in and check out with excellent staff and friendly service. Room clean and tidy. Beautiful room with fantastic view of Circular Quay and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Excellent included breakfast and staff. Only disappointment is hotel bar : noisy an small full of external patrons, with no room to stand let alone sit (an area should be designated for hotel guests only at the very least).

We had a pre theatre dinner at Q dining. What a wonderful evening. The food was outstanding. The staff were knowledgeable and very professional. They knew the wine list and were happy to cater for individual preferences. A great meal in time for a show at the nearby Opera House. Looking forward to a return visit.

Potential lost. I am very picky when it comes to staying at a hotel in my own home city. It has to deliver convenience and service that outweighs actually crossing the bridge to be in my very own home. There were a couple of problems which cause me to mark the hotel down. Firstly, the check-in area was understaffed and tiny for a hotel of this size. It took over 10 minutes to be served despite the fact I was second in line. Secondly, the in-house meals served were luke warm, overpriced (compared with other Sydney prices), and delivered far too late. Check out was poor as well. Time consuming, barely a thank you. All in all, a very average experience. If you can overlook this though, the room size, location and facilities are top notch. This would be the perfect new years eve venue, if you could afford it. Despite the weaker Australian dollar, hotel prices in Sydney are well overpriced for what they often. Earning and spending my own home currency doesn't hurt so much, but I am certain overseas visitors will not expect the price that will appear next to a search of this hotel. (Sydney is probably double the price of similar London, Tokyo and New York hotels — probably comparable to Oslo in Norway). Room Tip: Best view is on the west/circular quay side with a balcony.

An outstanding location on the best harbour in the world. The service was wonderful and the canapes served at our event were delicious.

Dined at Q restaurant a number of times… food is good, fresh ingredients… they change menu each season… suggest you book before coming as they can be quite busy.

The location is breathtaking. I ran a breakfast event and the view from the service area was so beautiful, my guests felt really special to be there. The food looked delicious and all of the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Upon arrival I found the room, while impeccable in appearance, needed some alterations. The staff fixed it without question. Their dedication and service played a key part to the success of the event.

The view was amazing, the only thing we didn't like about the stay was the furniture it's too old they need a refurbishment other then that the service was amazing. But again the view was amazing.

Was at the oyster bar in front a few weeks ago now at the Eco bar, so much better and better food and service, we love this place.

I tried booking an apartment for my visit down in Oz. But was flatly refused by a rude staff member who told me quite fierily to 'P*ss O*f'. I was shoicked and above appaled to hear this. Me, Guy Fieri, does not deserve thsi. I am a very busy man who co — owns 6 restaurants. My request t o stay for 3 years, was mocked beyond console, and my heart turned a sour bleached color the same as my hair. — Guy 'Guy' Fieri.

Worst bar and wait staff — beware! Avoid visiting the Q restaraunt or ECQ bar. 'Head waitress' was disgustingly rude after I dare ask if they had a table available… was told 'no' after being stared up and down. For representing a world class chain of hotels she was dressed rather 'basic' and scruffy herself but that didn't stop her staring us up and down. Had I have been less ravanous at that point, the clunky shoe'd little miss would have been sent to fetch her senior and explain. All in all don't do it.
