It's cleanliness and transportation system make itself a world class city. Its environment is also very fine.

Clean budget accommodation very close to Parramatta central. Once iconic building used to house a restaurant on the top floor many years ago.

Lovely service attendants no matter what time, I found them very polite, friendly and helpful. I had no ideas though how to flush the toilet for the first night. And I felt anyone could see everything when I was having a shower as the was a window in the which was also in the courier outside of the rooms.

Was a great night sleep, and at a good price. Elevator seemed a little unsettling, so we used the stairs.

Wi-Fi doesnt really work beds are old fittings are ugly and old.

Nice hotel as an excellent price particularily when you look at the location. Right in the centre of Parramatta on the Great Western Highway gives easy access to everything. Rooms are starting to be a little dated but a very clean and tidy and excellent value overall.

Excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms. Good function room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, near to the shopping centre, restaurants and train station. I have booked to stay here several times next year.

Just came back from a 3 days stay at this hotel. Location is really good. Reception area and service fair, they were not helpful with attractions or directions in the area. The entire hotel is in dire need of an update. While it is kept fairly clean the rooms are old and worn out. The bathrooms are cramped and poorly distributed. TV was not working in the first room, phone was not working in the second. Beds are sagging, box-spring caster wheels broken. The pool is a concret area with an uninviting atmosphere. Violent screeming and arguments with slamming doors and running on hallways after 10pm and all through midnight prevented a relaxed evening and good night sleep. I will not go back if I can avoid it. They advertise a bar and restaurant that wevwere never able to find.

Fair reception service. Hotel adverstises an unexistent bar & restaurant. Hotel is clean enough BUT in badly need of refurbishment. Everything old and worn out. TV did not work in first room. Phone did not work in second room. Bed was broken and mattress saged. Noise and screaming from other rooms at midnight. Bathroom was cramped and no pool ambiance.

If you are a paying customer do not stay here. We got placed there because we were homeless. The woman at reception was rude and arrogant and made us wait 10 minutes to check her email to have our booking verified. As we were waiting I went on Facebook and watched a short clip and she rudely demanded we turn it down. She then preceded to tell us rudely that there was another single bed in the room and that we were not to sleep in it or we would have to pay for the bed. The air-conditioning in the room was broken. There was 3 TV channels we could get clear on the tiny TV which was barely loud enough to hear. The Wi-Fi was so bad my devices could not connect to it and when I asked about it the rude woman told me to just walk around to get service. There was no fly screens on the windows and when the cleaner came to clean the room she changed the bed and pushed it that hard up against my phone charger I had plugged in behind the bed, that she bent the prongs that go into the wall. The pillows were as hard as rocks as well as the mattress. I am grateful for them having us when we had nowhere but I feel it is my duty to let other people know how bad the place is. Also we talked to other customers in our same situation and they said their rooms were filthy but ours was nice and clean.

Dusty/dirty room. Bed linen had cigarette burn marks all over. Enough bugs that it became troublesome.

Nothing special as far as accommodation goes, but great location.

Communication not great but get whats expected in a budget motel. Great position to Westfield.

Wouldn't recommend this place only if you really really have to stay somewhere overnight for cheap accommodation.

Not much to look at from the outside… But equally as good as any in this price range on the outside, with ONE difference: — ALL the staff (several visits if days or many days) arw GENUINELY helpful… give you a smile! STAFF = 7 star.

Room was clean. But very old place and 135 AUD for this place looked expensive.

Attended an event in the restaurant. It was clean and well presented.

The room was clean enough and nice aircon, bit overpriced at $145 for a standard room, but the worst part was when we paid for this room for one night, we were charged $145, plus $150 bond, and then two days later a further $145 was taken! So that's $450 taken up front, with the funds not available to use for up to a week afterwards. Expensive night at a cheap motel!

Staff really get to know you and quickly make you feel at home. Jeanie is fantastic and always makes our stay feel relaxed and carefree.

Disgraceful, filthy and a heartless selfish manager they have. No patience, no respect and so rude to customers. The hotel is so ancient, crappy, unclean and so filthy. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not a single person for health and safety purposes. I'd suggest you find another hotel, better then to risk yourself going to this worthless place.

For the price its not good at all spend the extra 20$ a night and find a furnished unit like I did. Check out lady was rude, TV channels none existent, room was very old and out dated, dribbling teapot for a shower and no tea towel for coffee cups.

The motel is showing its age, however the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean enough and safe enough. It's is close to the rail station and the shopping centre. I'd stay there again.

Good location and a bed to sleep in.

Free Wi-Fi and parking. Minutes walk to Westfield is a plus! Use of a pool is nice on the hot days.

Check in was quick and easy, room was satisfactory and advice at the front desk for food was excellent.

Great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable and the position next to Westfields was great (I like shopping) Will stay again next time I'm in Parramatta.

These people can not pay their bills.

Lady at front desk is rude dont give them your credit card details they will find something and deduct moneys from it beds linen is stained and dirty as well as the carpets and curtains all in all a filthy place not fit for humans.

I would not recommend this motel. The customer service was very bad. Initially when I booked the woman was very rude, unhelpful and frustrating and just wanted to lecture me about booking late even though that's none of her business! I only persisted because everywhere else was booked out. When we arrived they did not have the extra beds we had asked for — but they did then get them for us. When we returned to our room after a day out it had been cleaned but smelled of smoke. When I went to pay, the man at reception was clueless and had great difficulty. The rooms were OK and clean, beds comfy but customer service shocking!

Traffic around the motel is mad it took us an hour to travel 800 meters. Best to arrive after 6pm and leave before 8am. Staff were alright but the big let down was the family of cockroaches living in our room. And a little repaint may brighten the place up a bit.
