Nothing to complain about. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and tidy, well presented and maintained during the stay. It's so helpful having the kitchen too. Will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Sydney.

The grand executive suite is sensational. More than enough room to enjoy the finer things in life. Customer service from start to finish was second to none with a genuine interest in your personal requirements from the moment you check in. Highly recommend this hotel for the money. I have stayed in many hotels in Sydney and this is among the best for sure. Well done to management for keeping it in tip top condition each and every visit. I will continue to come back.

One of the best hotels we stayed at while in Sydney! We were looking for a place close to public transit and to the airport. It is a quick 5-minute walk from Mascot station. We got there about 30-minutes before check-in time and we were able to get into our room early. There are a ton of great restaurant options or a Woolworth's if you are up to cooking in your suite. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They have airport shuttle available for $7 a person. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Australia.

Great sized rooms, good location near Mascot train station. There are a number of restaurants and supermarket close by. Staff are pleasant. Only complaint would be a number if times when I have stayed, even though you book king room, you get twin beds. They come and fix the bed but it is the bother of the process. Highly recommend.

Nice place for a weekend stay or longer holidays. Cozy apartments with spacious rooms in a modern style. Good connection to the city centrer, supermarket, restaurants and cafes are behind the corner, but there is no noise during the night. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay. All of the amenities pool, gym, and hot tub were bonuses. We were at the location prior to check in time so the arrival room was a great feature. We stayed in a two bedroom suite that was huge and very clean with all new modern touches.

Very nice apartment in a good area, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. No room service but reception will arrange Deliveroo from a selection of menus in the room! Very spacious and comfortable, everything you could need provided in the kitchen apartment :) not too expensive but more of a treat than average!

Sadly no photos were taken during the stay, but I stayed in one of the serviced apartments for two weeks, and it was two extremely comfortable weeks to say the least. Plenty of living space, with a king sized bed, full kitchen and an incredible view from high up. Staff are friendly and willing to help with any queries, especially with restaurant suggestions. Mascot itself is a stunning place with plenty of facilities surrounding the complex.

The rooms are insane. Very simpler and noble. The couch chair was super soft. The dryers and washing machine are available. Very close to city centre and airport. In theory, you can even walk to the airport in 30 minutes. After your stay you can still leave your luggage there for free.

I've stayed here many times the high standard of customer service never fails, staff are friendly rooms are clean. Rooms service is now available. Public transport services easy to access airport close by defiantly recommended Merriton Mascot for a night or long stays.

Great hotel, very modern. The room has everything-washing and drying machine, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator. Everything is perfect!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Our stay was great. All four of us woke up with sore necks and head ached due to the pillows. While some guests may like the large hard lumpy pillows we on the other hand prefer the smaller softer pillows as I'm sure many other guests would too… please consider allowing guests a choice of preference as other hotels in Mascot do. Otherwise our stay was a lovely one.

Have been staying here a lot while working in the city. Really convenient two train stops from the airport one way and central station the other. Tge rooms are lovely and modern. Unlimited Wi-Fi for two devices! We did have a weird experience where we were being given fresh towels every other day but the old ones were left for us too so we had like 7 towels for two people. Not exactly a complaint.

Rooms were high quality, staff helpful. The windows were well insulated from the plane noise. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. Just around the corner is a little strip mall which cane in useful.

A great location, close to the airport. There's a nice shopping and dining area right outside the hotel, and access to transit to get downtown. The rooms are top quality, and the service at reception was excellent.

I was little bit sad, because if I didn't book the hotel via expedia and just went there, I could pay less than the price I booked. But the overall experience, including kitchen and pool, in the hotel was great. And they get only card, no cash is allowed and there is 1.5% extra card fee, so u don't need to prepare cash! and you can take 400 bus nearby hotel which goes to international airport without airport fee which is around $8.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room for the price we paid. It was spacious with almost brand new kitchen and facilities with a fairly good view (we were on the 9th floor). 24hr front desk is great and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately there are no eating or drinking places on site but there are closeby. It is also close to public transport with the Mascot Railway Station only four minutes walk.

Good — The room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool was nice too. The room had everything right from kitchen utensils and cutlery, dish washing soap to laundry stuff like washing machine, detergent etc. OK — 1. Shaving kit should have included a trimmer 2. There were no tooth brush/paste in the bathroom (is this common in Australia? cause in my other 2 hotels too it was the same. In India, Europe, Japan they do provide it) 3. It was winter and the water in the pool was cold. Could be better if they could have warm water in it.

Fantastic serviced apartments. Modern, large, great facilities and attention to detail. Easy walk to the station as well as restaurants and a supermarket.

The staff are responsive, quick and lovely. The hotel is new, clean and styled very nicely in a fantastic location. Also the facilities are sublime. Everything is catered and easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable place close to the airport with nice amenities. It's in an up and coming area and there are some good restaurants nearby. The train into Sydney is also convenient. If you can get a good price, I highly recommend staying here. It's even within walking distance of the airport (about 30 mins) if you need to stretch your legs before/after a long flight.

Helpful staff. Neat and clean. Plenty of self check-in counters. So that u don't have to stand in the queue.

Really awesome hotel here as it provides standard apartment as rooms. Guests get separate bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Fully equipped kitchen provides best experience with cooking. There's even private laundry room. Location is great, only 2 minutes to the train station. I thought it would be noisy because it's near the airport but actually I didn't feel that.

A cool airport with plenty of eating and shopping options. We had an 8 hrs layover at the airport. Would have been cool if they had an airport hotel or a designated lay area. After 3 hrs it gets quite uncomfortable, as there are very few comfortable chairs available. Internet is fairly good.

The largest airport in Australia. Numerous shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the terminal buildings which are open for both passengers and visitors. There are also bookshops with a huge selection of magazines and books to read. Airport and custom controls can be very crowded, especially during weekends and busy travel seasons. Additional time should be planned during those seasons.

Location close to the airport is convenient. Within a 3 minute walk to the train station which was about 10 minutes to the city. There is also a supermarket and cafes located close-by. The saving of staying here to the city is notable. The room was new, and was clean and pleasant. I could tell that the builders had built this in a hurry lacking attention to detail, but the average punter would not notice this. The pool facilities were good (spa was a bit smelly and didn't feel right). I would stay here again. Staff were pleasant. Some of the rooms do face a major road that has potholes so you do get some truck noises but they aren't too bad — same with the planes flying overhead at low altitude but the windows seem to prevent most of the noise coming through.

Best airport in the world. For a well travelled person I get the best service and feeling when I'm here. Well done.

As an airport that's suppose to have the most amount of people flying in and out of Australia, it's a pretty small airport with very limited choices of food and shops. The good thing is that they've upgraded their system for their border control in that they have an electronic system. However as you're exiting the airport, the exits are few and as Australia has a rather strict custom, it makes the queue to exit the airport very long. Once I had to wait for an hour just to pass through the custom…

Very nice flight was 1992 there.

The customs staff was very rude but otherwise the arrival we also the departure lake was pleasant.
