We recently stayed at the Estelle Kramer and we couldn’t recommend it high enough! The room was booked about 3pm and we arrived at 5:30 to a warm, beautifully decorated room. Our hosts couldn’t do enough for us, they were very hospitable. Breakfast was delivered spot on time and the bacon was the best I’ve ever had. We would recommend it to everyone and we’ll stay there again on our next visit to Armidale! Jo & Peter Lane.

We stay at the Estelle Kramer alot due to our daughters boarding in Armidale and we have a large family — we love the three bedroom apartment with kitchen and living areas it’s perfect for a weekend in town and the hotel is so close to the center we walk everywhere. The breakfasts are awesome, staff are friendly and the owners are amazing hosts.

Ill be back when in town, great spot although the the country constantly do it tough, there is only positives in my stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and affordable. While the interiors are dated, you get what you pay for. I have fond memories of this place as they rented a room to me with no prior notice, when I took a spur of the moment trip down from Brisbane.

Beds were comfy and fitted with electric blankets, it was clean and the manager was nice but I wouldnt stay there again. The room was cold and the central heating did very little to warm it up, the TV remote didnt work and it was very expensive for what it is.

Great family motel. Nice and warm on a winters night with central heating and electric blankets. Welcoming and friendly staff too. They recommended the hotel around the corner for a great meal and gave road advice when asked. Would definitely stay here again.

I think its nice and cozy the bathroom is big and it has a spa and all beds are equipped with electric blankets so thats it.

Always clean and the units for familys down the back are very handy.

Did not let us stay coz we had a 1 year old and a 3 week old child turnd us away at 2:30am.

Have had the opportunity to stay on at least 6 occasions in the last 4 months. Have utilised the 3br units and single units at different times and found them to be very good. Yes they are older units, however are perfectly suited for family and business purposes and are an easy walk to the various pubs and shopping areas. Good value for money. Reception was great, couldn't do enough for us.

Nice clean rooms with good amenities such as, electric blankets, kettle, microwave etc. Checked in unexpectedly at midnight and the lady was very nice even though we woke her up. Price was reasonable for a twinshare with one single and a queen. Would recommend and visit again.

Awesome, great rooms, friendly service and a fair rate.

Clean rooms well appointed (unit 11 was huge) and most importantly quiet. The lovely lady at the reception couldn't have been nicer. Also importantly only a short walk to the Welders Dog for a craft brew and a pizza. Will definitely stay again.

These other reviews are old and wrong. I stayed last night. My room was very clean, spacious, modern, and well equipped. Clearly everything has been redone since 2 years ago when other reviews were written. I appreciated the Wi-Fi and the very friendly staff. I also had one of the best nights sleep I have had in a while. Peaceful and uninterrupted. Lots of dinner options in the immediate vicinity, great coffee across the street from the stand in the morning.

Dont come in winter! April and the heater is just a wall decoration and there are no electric blankets. Out of 4 chairs you can only sit on two as the other two are dangerous. The jug had scum in it that needed to be cleaned. The bedspread had a big stain in the middle of it. Only half the lights work. 145 bucks a night midweek? No delux found here either.

Very hot night — aircon didn't work and very noisy. Decor definitely needs updating. Not terribly clean — washup cloths were dirty and used, fridge wasn't on. Won't be staying here again.
