The hotel was very large and has a great view. It was very cosy inside and seemed to have great service. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for new people coming to Canberra. Also, it is very close to the bus stops.

Fab fully serviced apartments close to excellent local shops and cafes. Also close by is the Kingston pub… Helpful and easygoing staff.

Great for family. Parking is first in first serve. Room was nice but a little rubbed down.

Front desk team was friendly and helpful. Main issue was cobwebs in the room and the fact that both the front and back doors to the ground floor unit I was in were unlocked. I left my laptop etc in the room when I went out and only discovered this on my return. Very concerning that this isn't checked.

Great location and friendly staff, but our beds did not have top sheets (we asked for some and got them straight away) and our mattress was uncomfortable; felt like I was sleeping on the floor it was so hard. Room was a bit dusty but bathrooms were very clean. More comfortable mattress and I could give 4.5 stars. Good price for a large apartment.

Know far and wide for their enlightened short-notice cancellation policy, they are the venue of choice on my gaming groups annual pilgrimage to Canberra. They have not once let down a horde of geeks, and this policy seems to apply to the less geeky populace too.

Good sized multi bedroom apartments. Clean and comfortable. Convenient area, close to many of Canberra's attractions.

Love the apartments very nice place to stay at its finest of all the we stayed at on our holiday only a week ago & we traveled about 2500 kilometres.

Very simple check in process. Well appointed rooms. Not ultra modern, but for a family it is a very good setup. Good size kitchen and bedrooms. Bathroom was clean and the shower pressure and temp was very good. Location is superb. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to Manuka oval as well.

We paid $ 360 per night for 8 people and we got a double story apartment with four bedroom two large bathroom and self contained kitchen. The apartment had the right space for all of us and we also got late check out at 11am per request. Two room had double beds and two rooms had two single beds. I really enjoyed the coffee machine and enough coffee pods were provided for the coffee machine.

Great place to stay. Only problem I had is that the unit was on the 3rd floor and I have a 84 ur old mother. Too many steps for her.

Friendly service. Great value for money, without any compromise on quality. Clean and tidy apartments. Family friendly.

Great location and fantastic service at the reception. Nathan and Adam were extremely helpful with locating nearby places. Rooms are serviced daily and the facilities such as the 24hr gym are well maintained.

After all the negative reviews I read. Ground floor a must. Approx 33 steep stair case broken up between floors and a hike if you carrying things. Excellent service apartments! Stayed a week at the Pinnacle Apartments Canberra as my better half was here for a course. It’s a great place. Well-furnished interior with a great kitchen that provides just about anything you need to whip up a meal! (Food not included). Pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric hobs, a full fridge — fantastic! The apartments even provide dishwashing liquid and powder. There’s also a washing machine and dryer — with washing detergent provided. With two bedrooms and a full-sized living room, we found ample room for our daily activities without feeling we were crammed up in a hotel room. Location is excellent too — just a short walk from Kingston shops where a supermarket and restaurants can be found. A slightly longer walk will take you to Manuka with Coles (a bigger supermarket) and more shops. Truly feels like a home away from home.

The hotel was very comfortable with a spacious apartment. Plenty of parking was available but also within walking distance to buses and shops. Beds were comfortable and the rooms nice and clean.

Shared a 4 bed apartment. Well appointed but in 2 x twin rooms, one bed right up against wardrobe door so hard to access wardrobe. No drawers or shelving in room. Spacious bathrooms and laundry area. Coffee pod machine in kitchen. NO lifts so 3 flights of stairs to the apartment and another to upstairs 3rd and 4th bedroom. Close to a few cafes and shops and Eastlake football club.

Good for families. The rooms are kind of run down and in need of minor repairs and a refresh. The location is convenient to cafes and restaurants.

We recently stayed there for 2 nights. As a family of young kids along with grandparents, it had been a fantastic stay. Rooms were clean. Kitchen had sufficient utensils and bathroom was clean. I would have given it a 5 if the back yard was maintained. Ample parking available. It also has a pool and bbq. If you have a young family or elders staying with you thennyou might like to stay on the ground floor as there are no lifts although its low rise building but I wont prefer tugging the prams up and down multiple times a day.

Very clean tidy and accessible to everywhere. Booking in was simple staff happy and friendly. Definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate booking again.

I love this place and stay here every time I visit Canberra. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well stocked on consumables.

The bathroom lock was not working properly for the duo apartment room 23 which we got. This caused for discomfort for all. This was a basic thing which should have taken care before giving to customer. Regarding overall cleanliness, it's very good. Facilities in kitchen as well as in bedrooms was very good.

Pinnacle Apartments Canberra is amazing! I went there for two nights in a three bedroom room, and it was great! A standard kitchen, astounding bathrooms, comfortable beds, and wonderful service was provided to me during my stay. Heaters are located in every bedroom, which was perfect! I highly recommend staying here. It also has good parking and two entrances.

Excellent location, walking distance to Kingston Pub and Kingston shops. Make sure you go to Silo Bakery for breakfast, the best pastries and the baked eggs, celery, tallegio and truffles is the go to brekky dish.

Great location in the Kingston/Manuka area of Canberra. The apartments are comfortable with TVs in some rooms. They furniture is a bit worn but not bad.

Fantastic rooms, service and location. Beautifully maintained grounds, plenty of parking — though spaces are a bit snug for bigger cars. Secure and underground. Close to shops and the city.

Lots of TV's, good kitchen, but unfortunately I didn't find much that lived up to the 5 star quality I was promised. The Wi-Fi was of very poor quality and many features such as furniture, electrical, cupboard and wardrobe fittings as well as the general structure of the appartment was a very large disappointment as of arrival.

My partner and I stayed there recently in a Spa Room. The room itself was very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. But the Spa itself was so small that even I had trouble fitting into it and heaps more trouble get in and out of the spa through the glass shower door. The plug did not fit properly either, so water was wasted. There should not be a Spa but a large shower instead. Very disappointing. A Spa should accommodate 2 people comfortably.

Big appartment. Good location. Clean, however not vacumed every day. Don't understand why Australiens don't use at least dubble glazed Windows. Now it is very noisy from the Street and People talking.

Arrived later than expected due to car problems to find one of our beds not made up with any linen and no one nearby to help. Rang number listed for late arrival only to have guy on other end hang up on us. Only other personnel on site was a young security guard who kept disappearing behind bins to smoke! What's that about? Wouldn't stay there again.

Built of cardboard so EVERY noise is clearly heard. Close to pubs/hotels so street facing room was a noise disaster at about 1.00am.

Clean room in need of repair with a small spa. Very noisy on Saturday night due to location.

The reality has little to do with the website. These apartments are at least 10 years old and appear to have been regularly trashed by visiting groups. If you want fast check in and out and modern, clean surroundings then stay elsewhere. Cheap though and you guessed why.
