Room service food appalling. I ended up with food poisoning after the pasta Alfredo.

Very good ambience. Good staff.

Services are good, but veg food is need some improvement.

Great location. Was there in April when weather was nice. Great diversity with staff; some very helpful, some downright rude. I had single room on 7th floor which was clean, comfortable with a good bathroom. Towels changed frequently. Breakfast very good with a variety of dishes which were topped up frequently. The swimming pool costs extra. I had 3 massages which were very good. Little English spoken but overall a great location in an attractive city with v good food prices. Small supermarket a few doors away n no problem changing currency. A beautiful country with very brave people.

There is no comfort for breakfast. When there are groups of tourists and all have scheduled departures at the same time there is no table and are not covered quickly. The same goes for hot drinks and some foods.

The location of this hotel is almost the best location in Yerevan! The staff are so professional and helpful with a friendly approach… Breakfast is great with fresh, tasty and verity of food. The rooms are so clean, but a bit old, not the annoying type of old! For me personally, it was a kind of authentic and away from today's "copy-paste" style…

Big room, nice staff. Not well maintained. Aircon works only in May-September and its hell hot before and after.

The hotel is very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The only minus is not in the rooms of the toothbrush, but at the front desk I was given no problem.

Very nice and centrally located. Easy access to the city just 15 minutes from the Airport. Nice place to stay. I strongly recommend this place.

I bet 4, but that's not accurate. The room on the 11th floor was opened and there are two beds, and we ordered one, in general at the reception girl said-they you have to move and get a double-in general gave us a suite with one bed, in a suite you can smoke! In the lobby of the hotel people sit the same smoking as we smoking it to us plusss, though a hotel type of the USSR remember the hotels made by type one corridor with a long red carpet and a pile of rooms on the floor but it was restored and led to a very nice view. It is centrally located to restaurants and attractions 5 minutes. We liked the recommend. Smoking on the floor on the fire ladder yet. In general, the economy is not worth the money and the suite if ordered just right. We recommend to stay.

Old building, poor furnished, low ceilings, breakfast w/o any possibility to order omelet. Do not get stuck on the smart lighting of the hotel — it's the only thing that's good in it.

The hotel is generally good. Specially the location and the breakfast. But it is somehow old and you can smell moisture everywhere. The sheets and the carpets are old.
