A fairly basic hotel compared to the rest, the view is acceptable and has a good location for those who want to take advantage of the time in bariloche. I recommend it!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very as we're going to come back.!

Pass a stay of 10! I went last November, excellent everything, very good breakfast! the excellent staff also recommended the uncle's fonda to go to dinner and thanks to them dine too well.
The room was super clean and the maids. Recommended!

Good service, the problem is the very poor breakfast is not Buffet as indicated, there are few things there are not very poor fruit cakes.

This hotel offers a quiet stay according to your rate. If you can, get a room with a lake view. I can't complain.

Stayed for 3 nights in November 2017, nice breakfast and staff however the rooms were very warm. Too warm at night actually. Other that this great location and good value for money.

The Hotel was very clean but the room was very nice and the breakfast was very nice, but the photos we saw when hiring the Tour did not coincide with the reality.

I liked it. It's not fancy, it's comfortable, clean and cozy. I recommend it especially to those who are passing by.

The entrance to the hotel is quite modern and gives you a feeling of a better hotel, but when you go up to the rooms everything changes. They are old, small and with a lot of lack of maintenance. Breakfast is not bad though with little choice.

The room claustrophobic, with a smell of humidity and old, nothing like the photos. The only good thing to highlight is the breakfast and the beautiful view to the lake. Has an elevator.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel, it has excellent attention, it is very comfortable, central, and constantly improves. It is a pleasure to come every time you visited Bariloche. The people who work here are super attentive and Gabriel, the owner, and his family are geniuses. I feel like I'm at home.

Very good attention and reception, but the amenities of the room had some flaws and there were signs of low maintenance.

Very small room, very little place. The bed was under a staircase. All carpeting, not suitable for people allergic and not there was possibility of a room without carpet. It has no air conditioning or fan, during our stay there was 32 degrees of temperature days, we ask a fan and the response was that the weather was unusual, therefore we pass heat and not they solved nothing, unable to sleep with the window open. To open the window exits a roof where there are hawks nest, so it cannot be open. The closet has no doors and there is no safe in the room. The TV is viejicimo, was not lcd. In the bathroom there was a window that gave to the lift shaft. And the shower has no pressure, very little water comes out. Toast for breakfast are not rich, are old and the butter is not good quality. The fruit salad had old fruit.

The hotel is very nice, heating excellent, breakfast good, lcd in all rooms, hot tub, very attentive all of the staff cleaning excellent, we're very happy about the place we chose.

Simpatiquísima the people of the place. Good location, rooms are normal (mean girls), the bathrooms are pretty nice and the view of the lakeside divine.

Clean rooms, everything is comparatively new, very convinient place — right in the center, with a view to the lake and still quite. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. The breakfast is quite limited. The price is very affordable in comparison to the service we received here.
