Terrible experience. We arrived yesterday and half of the things don't work. There is no heated pool, no games room, there are broken pipes and flooding in the basement and NO WATER! Last night there was no hot water and now there was no cold water either. Maintenance left and do not return, there is no manager or responsible and the owner less. No one gives solutions or anything. A disgrace.

We went to spend with my boyfriend for the long weekend of August, stay beautiful. Very comfortable room, warm and full, the view is spectacular overlooking the lake. Cleaning excellent. And the attention of the staff in general very friendly. Location with a lot of peace of mind with access to groups just in front of the hotel and take you to the centre. The food is rich and it is accessible and even you can ask that you prepare the menu, and I withdraw and you take it to the room, where you've got a table and covered. This apart is re Lindo, the best stay next to the lake and the sun of every morning next to your room always accompanies you … I recommend it a lot … It has a heated pool, gym, spa, pool and attractions for the little ones.
