Fascinated first with the attention, of the facilities I can say that it is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, the heated pool is great.

Beautiful hotel! The lake views are impressed from the hotel, especially from the (heated) pool. The staff is very friendly, I appreciate your attention and recommendations of places to visit. Very beautiful restaurant and delicious food (I tried salmon, fishing of the day, and chopping). We hope to be back soon!

First class hotel with resort facilities.
Importantly it is the daily activities of a max of 8 persons each group. You participate in walks, spa, horse riding, etc or just relaxe in an extraordinary place. To of my list to explore Patagonia.

A good hotel but a really bad restaurant inside. The staff of the hotel is awesome and the views are too but again the restaurant is very average and don’t have the food how much ever they recommend.

The breakfast is good, the common parts are ok, but I expected something more from the rooms, I found them somewhat small and not compatible with the idea of 5 stars, I would say 3 for the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool water was very cold just as the hydromassage water, should increase the temperature further. It features a games room with billiards and table tennis. The restaurant excellent service we were paid attention for turning one out on the day we went to dinner. The bathroom should have ventilation or air extractor.

The breakfast was very good.
You have a shuttle service to the center at different times.
We did early check in and late check out smoothly and for a reasonable additional cost (990 $ + Iva)
The pool was ok when there were not many people.
I'd be back on the next visit.

Excellent everything! The cleanliness, the attention, the spa, the views… And five stars apart from the CHEF at the restaurant and its incredible dishes.

This month I went with my partner for 3 days, we attended excellent, Daniel from reception and Mauro from the bar very attentive, excellent cleaning, the pool very quality The Lady Beatriz who attends in the spa very nice and gives you much information to make… We would go back again.

The hotel has impeccable facilities with excellent attention in each of the outlets.
It has a heated pool with an outdoor exit in front of Lago Argentino providing a spectacular moment being part of the SPA that also provides massage service and dry sauna. We did not use the gym which is small and with few things, however who would come to the Calafate to go to the gym.
The view from the room is beautiful and the bed very comfortable to be able to rest in the quiet of the village.
The hotel is 3 km from the city centre and has a shuttle service every one hour both on the way and back.
In the case of excursions the hotel sells the necessary meals very complete and at a very reasonable price.
Finally the breakfast that counts is a very complete buffet and in a lounge with the beautiful view to Lago Argentino.
I would definitely recommend visiting El Calafate hosedandose at this hotel.

3km from the center. From the 10HS. There is transfer and it leaves every hour. The last one from the center to the hotel leaves at 22:20. There is no transfer to the airport. Good breakfast. There are comments about bad soundproofing, I didn't notice it. Good view of the lake although it was a side room. Recommended.

Beautiful location in front of the lake, quiet area. The attention at reception was not very friendly when we arrived. The rooms are nice, spacious. There are not very important details that do not make a 5 star hotel (old lifts, antique ornaments, all the time you are telling you things owe pay for outside as if you were not to pay them etc). The breakfast was very good. The restaurant does not have an excellent proposal, if good.

My favorite hotel in El Calafate, always very well catered at reception, lobby bar and restaurant. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean rooms, the spa sector very cozy, the breakfasts very complete and varied. The rest excellent! They can't doubt it. You have to come to enjoy the views from the room and the very good attention of the staff, always predisposed. 10 points!

Nice place in front of the Lake, it is very close to down town, transfer service is good and helpfull. Food is good, rooms and service are very good.

Very nice quiet and relaxing hotel.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, daily towel change, full breakfast and very rich, excellent attention, very warm staff in your attention. Something nice is that every day you get complimentary chocolates, and you also have a drink with or without welcome alcohol. They leave you with robes and slippers. Only problem I saw is that the elevator is very slow, the rest perfect. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, good rooms.
But to be 5 stars, cable TV and TVs leave a lot to be desired.
In the bathrooms, the water is filtered through the glass screen and leaves the floor soaked after using the shower.

Very warm, comfortable, ideal for long weekends. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It's still our best option in El Calafate.

Good service in general, correct rooms, very full breakfast, there are transfers to the city and the service of lunch is very good.
Deficiencies in the insulation of the rooms because you hear everything and in the bathroom is already exaggerated.
The SPA is good but has no drinks, no fruit, no tea.
The transfers are very good (both the driver and the convenience of the minibus) but one is missing at 23:20HS.

Truly regrettable. He doesn't have five stars or a distance. I agree with several comments that the walls are paper and you hear the intimacies of others. The water, at times cold and at times you burn. The furniture, beaten. The TV, man. The stone in the sink, cracked. "View of the city" for them means that you do not see the lake, that what you see is a wall and a parking.
Special mention deserves one of the janitors, who looks shaved head, which these comments seem "good", and the room seems correct because "other guests have stayed in it and have not complained. " Far, far from even offering an apology.
If it were not enough is far from the center, and although it has a transfer service, the return ends at 22:20 and for between 13 and 15 hours; And that's in high season. For dinner, you better program a taxi.
Today, any establishment with a large bath is called "Hotel, Resort & Spa".
You better find yourself another hotel.

I would not hesitate to choose it again on a next trip to "El Calafate". The infrastructure and services that she allows to provide to the guest are excellent. I think very important to highlight the quality of care at all levels, there are no fissures. I was pleasantly surprised by the gourmet restaurant, notable for the quality of the menu offered to the diner. Excellent. Congratulations.

Very good conditions all over the hotel, awesome view to the Argentina Lake. Rooms with space and comfortable beds. The only think to point out was the inconsistency of the temperature of the water during showers that changes constantly and makes the shower unpleaseant, considering the price you pay for the hotel. They have an indoor pool with access to the exterior with an incredible view to the lake.

Superb location and facilities. Absolutely stunning views from our suite and also the pool / bar. Staff were extremely helpful, particularly Gisella who was a mine of information and organised incredible activities for us. Food was top notch with a wine list to match. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The most confortable hotel in El Calafate nowdays. Some renovations are being done and will make the hotel even better.

Excellent hotel, with a great view of the lake and a wonderful swimming pool that includes both outdoor and indoor parts. The hotel can be a bit hot at night on summer, and although a bit far from town (~7km), taxis are easy to get and the way is easily walkable.

Dependences are good, the heater could be turned to a lower temperature, way too hot, even the floor was heated, pool is really good, be sure to go in the outside part to enjoy the cold and the vista.

Excellent place, dream landscape, the best service of all the staff, from reception, restaurant, etc. Clean rooms, very comfortable. I recommend it, we would here always.

Excellent hotel located on the outskirts of El Calafate. The hotel has beautiful views of the Argentinean Lake since apparently all rooms and the area in which it is located is very quiet. This far walking from the Centre (libertador avd), but it has a transfer every hour from the hotel to the front parking tourist office, next to liberator at the height of 1 may, this saves perfectly distance in a few minutes, the only thing that must be taken into account are the schedules and perhaps the last back is not too late and in any case should take a taxi to return. In the accommodation are very attentive, very friendly staff and it explains all the alternative tourist, bus, the area of spa, etc. Accompany you to the room, explain you the performance box, tv, curtains (are automatic) etc and go up you luggage. Also present you with a welcome cocktail. All very professional and very correct, quality treatment. On the ground floor this indoor pool, one of the attractions of the hotel. It has a part of it on the outside, which makes it very nice to be outside in winter at very low temperatures, but with very hot water. Also there are sun loungers, a sauna in the hinterland, give massages, etc.
