Doesn't do dinner service currently, but offers an evening shuttle service in to town (once in each direction) that you need to book for.

Room with great view of Lake Argentina. Great room, very well equipped, clean. Recommended.

Very good location and views of the lagoon although away from the center. The shuttle service to the center should have more hours available. The same as the restaurant as from the 1st of March only works at noon. In the afternoon and evening there is not even a cafeteria service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Except for the above details I recommend without a doubt.

Spectacular view of Lago Argentino is priceless.

Very good place… spacious rooms just like the bathroom, very good care and the view to the lake is beautiful!

Staff generally not helpful and some are downright rude, rooms too hot and small window is not enough ventilation, breakfast eggs and bread was unavailable many times for half an hour, never answered several if my emails, gave us a 6am wakeup call that we didnt order, messed up our reservations twice.

Very good! It has many amenities, cleanliness, breakfast and excellent food quality. The attention of the front desk could improve as there is no one to greet the guests at the door and help them with the suitcases. The staff was very helpful and the staff were very friendly. Besides, they know a lot about the places in the area. Good view from the rooms of the upper north wing. There is a transfer that brings you to the center of the city free, but only from 18 to 21:30 hours, could extend the timetable for what do not carry out excursions I recommend it!

A pleasant surprise in a nice tourist place. Our room was sober but with a remarkable bed.
Breakfast (except scrambled eggs) is also worthy of praise.
To improve, the same as I have found in almost all hotels: handles, handles and loose handles, poorly executed repairs, etc. Nothing important.
Clean and friendly staff.
It has a minibus that makes the trip back and forth to the center every hour, which is very convenient.

Overlooking Lago Argentino, it is a nice quiet and cozy place after a day of adventure. The hotel includes breakfast and has a restaurant inside, a bit pricey. The workers we got to know very cool and willing to help you. A little bit away from the center but has free transfer to and from back until 9.30 later a taxi does not leave more than 120 Argentine pesos. I would definitely choose it again.

Nice view from the room, very clean and comfortable, service was good, a little bit far from the centre but even not so far. I was very happy to stay there for 3 nights.

Very good. The penalty that it does not have service is spa or gym. The heating. Very hot but that will be for tastes. Could not be regulated from the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a beautiful place. With excellent view of the lake. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable. Breakfast is complete. What I did not like was that they never realized our absence for 24 hours. We had a mishap on the road. It would have been good to be called on the phone to know if we were well… A little bit of human warmth.

It smells like money laundering in here.

Good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Modern, clean, and comfortable rooms. Nice view over the lake (Lago Argentino). Decent Wi-Fi. Breakfast buffet is fresh but could use more variety — there is a lot of fruit and sweet stuff but not much savoury food. Stayed in other places in El Calafate, but this one is definitely my favourite.
