I fell money in the room and appeared on the light table. That speaks of the honesty of their empleadxs in addition to a very good service.

Hotel is very well located, very tidy endings and good service. The rooms are very small and facing the street very noisy.

Good hotel, Good attention, good location (full center), care with the companies as a booking or take off that tr is charged in the price of the dollar, and the price varies with the displayed on the internet.

I have returned to this hotel after several years and I notice that it keeps very well. The breakfast is average, the rooms are also standard. The bathrooms are small compared to other hotels (see photo), and some rooms have no view (the glasses are contact). But it is modern and the location is unbeatable, right downtown.

We showed up at Niyat after having to unexpectedly go to Resistencia to get a visa for Paraguay. They had a room available that was cozy and cute — reminded me of classical Spain. The shower felt marvelous and the bed was comfy with AC in the bedroom. Then, to put the cherry on top of the great stay, the breakfast was magnificent. We were able to check out and still eat until 10:30, which we spent every moment enjoying the medialunas!

I ended up having to stay in town unplanned while I was waiting for my visa to Paraguay. This place, though more than I wanted to spend (I’m a backpacker), was a nice place to relax from the 14 hour bus I got off from Salta! It has nice air conditioning and the rooms are small but the showers are great!

Excellent hotel with excellent service and location. One detail: my room had a bathroom with glass door. I wouldn't want to be accompanied because I wouldn't feel comfortable. They fixed the heating problem very quickly (the air conditioning was not working hot and cold). Unfortunate that you have to have the hair dryer fixed inside the placard. I think it's to prevent theft. Shower with very abundant water and well hot. Comfortable mattresses. Breakfast is good and with a fair variety of an Argentinian breakfast.

This Hotel has the peculiarity that its bathrooms are with semi-transparent glass that some will not seem discreet. Lately It is with little staff and no longer have people the gym and the Jacuzzi only goes with cold water, little by little deteriorates. A shame as the hotel is highly recommended.

It's a good place to stay for a few days. The rooms are small but well kept. The bathroom walls are made of difused glass and it can be a bit awkward if you're staying with someone that you're not that close with. The breakfast options are pretty good. But its main strenght it's its location, in the middle of the city.

The hotel is quite adequate for a rather short stay, I was in a room for two separate bed adults, an extremely reduced room, with the bathroom sink inside the room next to the beds, and the bathroom separated by a screen Pulling to transparent (super uncomfortable to go to the bathroom and maintain minimum standards of privacy, in fact I went to bathe in a common bathroom on the sixth floor). The service and cleanliness are good, and the facilities provided by the hotel are in perfect condition and equipped. No buttons so no matter how much baggage you carry, you load it. The breakfast was very nice.

HiTec style Hotel. Pretty good. Very Friendly and Helpful Staff. Our room had the bathroom too attached to the room and aired artificially, through extractors, but they didn't work.
All the spaces lacked acoustic insulation: we listened to the room below and the noises of the bearing; And in turn, in the room of massage complained that they listened to us speaking in the DEC where is the jacuzzi.
It Is VERY WELL LOCATED and that adds a lot of points.

Rooms are EXTREMELY small. Housekeeping was amazing but the room stunk of sewage.

Péssima experiência. O hotel cheira esgoto, incluindo o restaurante. O atendimento é péssimo. Dizem que tem garagem mas na verdade são conveniados a dois estacionamentos privados um há 3 quadras (não deixa levar a chave do carro, tem que ficar com eles), e outro à uma quadra, menor mas que permite levar a chave, os dois são bem confusos de acessar por causa da direção das ruas. Além disso o pessoal da recepção não sabe o endereço dos estacionamentos, se você tiver dificuldade com o espanhol vai sofrer pra entender onde ir. Café da manhã péssimo, cama ruim, quarto barulhento e banho ruim. Parece que foi reformado mas tudo mal feito.
