We had booked by March 2020 and the pandemic could not be attended. We were informed that they would return the reservation quite some time ago and we have not had the return so far. Very bad attention.

10 months and do not refund the money from the reserves. Pitiful how they serve and treat customers.

I was at the resort last year in October… we loved it me and my husband… this year we return to receive the 2019 on the beach… Divine the place, very comfortable… meets all the conditions to spend a vacation first.

Very nice lodging, we were in an apartment on ground floor with view to the park, with kitchen ample dining room, bright atmosphere, pool area and park beautiful and very careful.

The room large, comfortable and luminous. The breakfast poor, very poor. Don't heat the milk because they say they have no where to do it. The toaster of the room to jump the breaker, not the regenerate. The pool does not have umbrellas for the sun. It filled the kitchen of ants, leave a few breadsticks in a bag and it was filled with ants. The cleaning very well, the bathroom and shower very well. Despite the blackout of the windows gets lots of light in the bedroom, I put blankets to cover the clarity. This is also communicated to the girl on reception (Gabriela)

Very unserious. We went with my family in March and the spa was not working because it was in repair, something we were not told before, so the day we arrived we decided not to stay at the place (since one of the reasons we chose them was the spa) We were told that they could not give us back the 50% sign that we had made to stay for a week but q left it as payment to go another weekend. Since June we sent emails, private messages on Facebook, that is to say that they received them and read them, and they never answered us, in August we started calling every week, they always looked at me and told me that there was no problem, which they saw when they had available and they would call me that same day and they did not. Months calling and talking and never giving me an answer. Two days ago I called again and the same thing only this time they dared to tell me that the weekend q could give me was until September, they don't know how to tell me anymore. A disgrace
For my part they achieved what they wanted, to tire me out and not call anymore and they won.
I do not call them anymore but the truth that this company is a shame, months asking what they offered in exchange for their bad service and without getting an answer.
I would have liked to give a positive opinion but they didn't give me a chance.

Very cute place, good vibe people. The dry sauna is available at additional cost. The swimming pool is a little small but very very cute and when you turn on the hydro is pure pleasure.

It is a apart of very comfortable, has a heated swimming-pool in the spa area. The apartments have a grill on a balcony, are very well heated with two teams of air conditioning, the kitchen is electronic. Highly recommended, garage comfortable, you can wear smaller.

The place is cute and very large. I stay this weekend 2-6-17. What is inexplicable to bring CASH ONLY and without giving any notice at any time, or in the booking or the voucher. I was the Manager and owner, and their solution was that if you do not want to pay cash for me to go to another hotel. A shame, when I leave I asked them a bill for the hosting and they told me I had no bill. A few scammers that negrean all. I am going to complain in consumer Advocacy and in the AFIP. After these unscrupulous entrepreneurs complain because people choose to the outside. They are a disaster. If you stay there ask for as a minimum, the invoice and demand a Posnet.

one of the most positive things that I found in this place is that it allows dogs, as long as they stay in the garden. Negative things: •the swimming pool is of a reduced size
•the sauna, when I went, was not temporarily
