Lovely boutique hotel, well placed and very helpful front desk staff, both before and during our stay.

Nice non chain hotel with great service, fantastic rooftop bar and non cookie cutter rooms. Also at a great price.

A estadia foi incrível. O fato de estar exatamente no centro da Av. De Mayo (da para ir andando até o Congresso ou até a Casa Rosada, ou qualquer ponto turístico de Buenos Aires) me deixou muito satisfeita de ter escolhido este hotel. Como tinha poucos dias para conhecer a cidade, foi muito bom ter escolhido ficar num local mais central e literalmente na frente de uma estação de metrô! O hotel é todo charmoso e as fotos condizem com a realidade. O quarto é amplo e com camas muito confortáveis. Banheiro também grande e com torneiras de agua quente (o que foi essencial no inverno). Ficamos no 4. Andar, elevador moderno e o Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem. Nosso quarto era de frente para um prédio comercial, mas possui cortinas grossas de black out, e conseguimos dormir super bem e com privacidade. Eu adorei o fato de todas as vezes que eu entrava no hotel, tinha um cheiro muuuuito bom de lavanda por todo o hall de entrada. Café da manhã era o mesmo todos os dias, o que pra mim não foi um problema: era bem farto, com muita variedade e servido num salão amplo e iluminado no térreo do hotel. A localização realmente é ótima, e me senti muito segura ao andar pelo bairro, mesmo tarde da noite quando retornávamos caminhando para o hotel.

Seemed as though we stepped back into the 1920's though updated. The staff was VERY helpful. Also is a great location near center city.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is nice. On the top floor there is a beautiful rooftop bar with a great view.
The gym is unfortunately a little small with few devices.
The car park is about 100 metres away.

We arrived late but loved our room and shower was great, staff very helpful, had pizza wine and beer at local eatery and terrific breakfast from hotel.

I only know the bar and restaurant. Good place with space between the tables, ideal to converse. The attention of the waiters seemed a little bit pink. The menu and the quality of the food is very good.

Very good hotel decorated with the theme of Tango, whose music receives the passenger to enter. Beautiful rooms very well equipped. Very rich and full breakfast. Excellent attention. In a point of the city of Buenos Aires very comfortable for tourists, with walks to make walking and very good locomotion. In the same block is the Palacio Barolo which is a beautiful cultural visit.

Stayed overnight at this hotel, the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful, they speak English which made it easy to communicate. Our stay was limited but they were able to arrange city tour at a short notice. The hotel is located in downtown and you can walk to restaurants or shopping areas, train stations or bus stop. Our room was large, beautifully & tastefully decorated. The hotel itself is old but it has character. I won’t mind staying here again next time I visit Buenos Aires.

Very good value for money. Well located hotel with a quirky and tasteful design. The staff made it in my opinion — helpful, friendly and interested in those staying. There was a good breakfast spread with nice gluten free options.

I went to the terrace. Beautiful view, but also picturesque if you touch the time that the neighbors hang their panties. They do not bring drinks to the table and the bar is Desorganizadísima: they do not have clean glasses, the drinks are not cold, they do not take control of what is claimed…

It is a nice hotel, le Faltaaria Q has a bar because you can never take anything there. Except for the breakfast which is a very limited timetable.

Nice cafeteria in an area where there are no quiet bars for a work meeting or to work with the computer. Good Wi-Fi and there are plugs.

We stayed 1 night during our transition in BA. The hotel has tastefully decorated Tango themed rooms. The location is excellent but in the middle of downtown meant it was kinda noisy on the lower floors. The full buffet breakfast was excellent and really tasty. The best thing about the hotel are the courteous and very helpful staff. We'd consider staying here again.

Excellent hotel for romantic getaway — wooden floors, high ceilings, black/white tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is very nice as well.

Hotel is well located and rooms are ample and comfortable for the price range. The only two negative things about my stay: 1) despite the bed having lots of pillows they're all too soft or too large, and 2) the blackout curtains did not cover the full window and there was too much light in the room in the morning. They appear to be broken which is something they could have fixed between guest stays.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It's well located, spotlessly clean and comfortable but I have to agree with others that the staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Would recommend the hotel to anyone in a heartbeat.

A piece of shit do not go to this hotel filthy and without maintenance a piece of shit. The same concierge admitted it. I do not put photos x that or gave me to take. Hotel filthy.

Great location, fair price!

The hotel has a theme: Tango! That's not just a design touch, the hotel offers a Tango dinner show, too, which has been of unexpectedly high quality. The room we had was large and relatively quite. We enjoyed our stay. The roof terrace is another plus.

The rooms are terrible. The area at night is unsafe and noisy. The keys do not walk and get off to ask you to open up. In addition you get locked up, because the doors lock. The only thing that worked well, least evil, was the air conditioning.

Cheap, claims to be 3 star, but not even reach two. The air conditioning does not work, the lock of the room nor the breakfast buffet very poor, we had no towels and never brought up that we claim two times, does not work the remote control for the tv, the friendly but they are never in their place, we had to be waiting in the entrance for someone to come to us. The double bed was composed by two single beds, a disaster in every sense. Would not come back. A penalty…

Nothing to rescue book in the hotel and I stayed a block away every time I went out I had to go to the hotel (if you can call it that) to find someone to open the door, the cleaning is awful the staff except the concierge presentable, the housekeeping staff zero education, overbearing there is no safety, neither in the hotel or in the hotel TV never walked. And worst of all was the attitude of PRIDE, PATOTERIL AND HAUGHTY of a "sr" thin-face poker which is coincidentally the Owner. Of mas this one to say NOT to COME.

All normal, without any pretention. Care friendly of the people of the entrance. Well located. The breakfast we had to take in the firm of another hotel, just around the corner. The price is medium. Without more problems.

A true disaster, the rooms are disgusting, very dirty. It's really not worth it, I went to hostels shared with much better hygiene. Do not wash the bed sheets are stained, the bathroom dirty, the elevator malfunctions and the reception had no birome.

Nice ambience, good breakfast, ample rooms, clean, carefully decorated hotel. Strategic location. The staff was very kindly all the time. One person in our group forgot her wallet at the hotel and they found a way to make it to get to the airport before our depart. Totally satisfied.

Disaster would never and less with family. A lack of respect. A shame. Dirty bad attention. All broken. Zero hygiene bath curtain plastic full of mushrooms. They gave me the dirty room… there were no towels. Curtains broken. Not had spotlights… so we were in the dark … a real shame!. The cards were not to open the door. There was no security. I found 2 cards spins q opened any room … very cold in the room. Had no hair dryer. The first night we blew them dry with the bed sheets q above they had not changed … X please q someone do something … I pay for three nights and I had q to go xq with the hygiene q there could not have my son in those conditions. The soaps were used. Osea q pay 2 hotels… they are some crooks. Crooks. You will laugh in your face. Sorry I gave the big people, q themselves are mocked… not as the left continue and take off q serious q what follow offering. I'm surprised something all day!

A affordable hotel in a central location. The receptionists were very helpful with any questions regarding sightseeing and public transportation. I enjoyed my week there and would return.

I am staying here since July 13. The first day there they gave me towels, after insisting more than 5 times I was given only two towels for the 4 that we are. Today, second day in the hotel I arrived at night and my room was not neat, just went to take out the used towels. Not removed the trash from the paper or anything. Evil evil place is not, but for that money I would have preferred to be in another hotel, because in addition to the provision of the staff leaves much to be desired.

Terrible! The worst hotel that I´ve ever been. It´s a simple place, but the employees are rude, the safe box doesn´t function, they don´t have towels for all the guests. We were in a triple room, and they had just 2 towels and 1 blanket. A noisy place! Horrible.

Hotel highly recommended, comfortable rooms in avenida de Mayo, at the steps of the National Congress, of the metro. Excellent.

The hotel is very pretty, both the lobby and the rooms. The hotel staff are nice, but they could try to be a bit more helpful and well-informed. (We got wrong info about for instance visiting Teatro Colon. ) The breakfast is quite basic and never changes so that was a bummer for us as we stayed here for a long period. The rooms are very pretty and stylish, however not sound-proof. So take along ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise (which is quite abundant in BA).

Friendly bilingual staff. Clean room. Easy to get to. Would stay again.

If we omit the remasticada decoration, the smell of old, the terrible service and poor breakfast the only redeemable feature of the hotel is the location.

Nice clean hotel. Very reasonable for price. Breakfast is ample with lots of choices. Issues: They never got me the working key for my safe in my room and the air conditioning remote to control the unit. But they kept my bags safe before checking in and pushed the checkout time due to these issues. Try to get a room not on the edge of the building so you have a good Wi-Fi signal.
