Very well located, with a fable pool. But it doesn't all work out. Watch out for the cars, parking inside the parking lot because there is no surveillance camera and if someone gives you a blow no one is responsible. You pay for it. On the second day I have given the back door and now I have to pay for the repair.

It really lacks air conditioning in the rooms as the summers are very hot in Andorra.
But most of all, we had booked a suite. And at the front desk we were made clear that breakfast could be done either at the suites hotel or at the other hotel above. We prefer the one above which has a magnificent view of the valley and the mountains. So on Saturday morning, we went there and we were very unwelcome by the rank leader (a tall and strong man), who did not appreciate at all that we went up and who said it very loudly. On the other hand, the next day, it was another person who she was very cordial. We have been here almost ten times, and it is deplorable that we welcome at breakfast. We felt like thieves. Very disappointing. We plan to choose another hotel for the next ski holiday in February.

The location of the hotel is very good, it does not cost to get there ; a nice place to, spend a few days relaxing, get in touch with nature is great, the cleanliness of the facilities and rooms very impeccable and is also located near the places of interest, for sightseeing, restaurant, shopping center, in short very well, I had a great time with my family, I recommend you to spend a super holiday!

Very clean. Housekeeping bed and towels redone every day. Friendly home, my kids loved it (thanks for the balloons). Small fridge in the room that makes no noise. Comfortable bedding, modern and spacious bathroom.
Breakfast varied and good overall. Just a bemol as the pool was inaccessible (empty) and it was not noted in our booking but otherwise very satisfied. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice Hotel in 5min from the shops of Andorra la Vella and Escaldes, the exterior is very beautiful with its typical stone buildings Andorran, the furniture is a little dated but sticks with the frame.
The staff are very helpful and welcoming.
The suites are clean and spacious.
We eat very well at the restaurants and the buffet breakfasts are quite varied.
Small disappointment at the level of the spa which does not offer much exceptional for €12 an hour.

Despite the general positive impression of the exterior, cozy interior, convenient location, delicious breakfasts, we have faced with a few misunderstandings during our stay at Abba Xalet Suites. Basically, all problems were due to weak communications between front-office and different hotel departments. But I would like to pay your attention to the situation on the last night of our stay. On the evening of January 12, in the hotel restaurant celebrated someone's birthday (most likely not a guest, but a local resident) : the hall was decorated with balls, audio equipment and acoustic systems were placed. Firstly event was more or less calm. Hoping to take a little nap before the night travel at 11:00 PM we woke up from the sounds of electric guitars and karaoke performed by the guests. The sound insulation in the hotel is very low, so the sensations were such that the "concert" is in our room. At a time when parents were celebrating their 10-11 year old children were running around the hotel shouting under the windows of tourists.
At 00:05 I could not stand it and went down to the hall to ask how long this concert will last. The employee without any apology replied that until two o'clock in the morning. At 1:30 AM we were taken to the airport by the bus, so we could not sleep. I do not know if Andorra has any rules, laws regarding silence after 11:00 PM, but in any case, the hotel is not a nightclub and at night most of the guests want to relax in silence.

The rooms were in perfect condition and the bathroom was very equipped. The location was ideal and more when it was snowy.

Great getaway spot, good scenery!

For a family of 5, we had a great stay! The room was adequate, and the restaurant served great food. Overall we had a great stay!

The worst experience we have had during our 1, 5 months road trip in Southern Europe so far. We booked a Family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived to the hotel in the evening, the receptionist told us arrogantly without any excuse there was no available room for us and she could give us only a 2-bed room or cancel our reservation (! ). I showed her the booking option on the hotel's website where a family room was still offered, however she replied that was a mistake in the system. I asked her to call the manager, however she said the manager was not there and she couldn't do anything. As it was late in the evening and we had a little baby with us, we took the 2-bed room where an extra bed was additionally placed (which took another 30 minutes of waiting). Very unprofessional, never again.

It was our first visit to Andorra and our experience was much better then our expectations! Thanks to all the staff for wonderful stay!

There is no air conditioning in a 4-star hotel, with summer's temperatures up to 35 degrees C! Cannot open the windows because the area around is FOR smokers and they use it. Therefore there is no way to have fresh air into the room at all. Rather obsolete setting, nice people for service but the paper basket smelled like rotten garbage and the restaurant is just average, or not worth the price, and quite slow. I used a nice offer, but would not pay this price again, less the full price of it.

It was an unpleasant surprise to find stuff which was arrogant and has never had any formal training. They were not bad but they have never had any kind of formal training and did not know how to react. Another issue was absence of any kind of a manager. No chance to complaint. They (junior staff) just told you that they were a self managed hotel. Manager — the only one — was on holidays. "The manager has to have holidays" — was the answer. All other things — 4 days to fix the door knob, 5 days to get instructions fir the safe box, bad food at breakfast, many othercthings — you can find in trip advisor. Not to write this stuff again. Very well situated hotel for my purposes. Not to be visited again. Have no desire to manage personell in the absence of its manager. Just nearly forgot to mention that they (Abba) have just absorbed a very nice hotel behind them — Ritz hotell. Do not recommend to visit now. Very unnattractive perspdctives.

We were housed overnight at Easter. The hotel is very well located close to the city and La Massana with phenomenal views. Staff very friendly and professional. Facilities without luxury but enough. Large room. The service of breakfast and dinner phenomenal in variety and quality. Miniclub for children an extra to take into account. The worst thought us it was the spa, it is very small, only a jacuzzi and sauna. The other phenomenal. We will return.

All the hotel staff seemed very professional and very friendly. Breakfast very good and varied. Also good cleaning service. The temperature of the room… The tranquility… If anything it would improve the quality of the broadcast of TV channels as well as variety. It would also put a swab from the toilet in the toilet and we we miss a bidet. We thank especially to Director Miguel Martínez who, despite not having known personally helped us that our holidays were more complete and satisfactory. No doubt when we return to Andorra we will return to this hotel.

We were staying in the Hotel Abba Xalet Suites from 25 to 27 February 2016, specifically in the Suites building. We got an offer that included a stay at the hotel with breakfast, ski pass for the same number of nights, bottle of cava in the room, entry of 1 hour at the spa and transfer to the runway. The hotel is divided into two buildings, the Xalet and the Suites. In the Suites there is dining room, where breakfast is served. The hotel has four floors with stunning views of the Valley. On the first floor is the reception, a divertimento (with pool table, sofas and tv) room and the dining room. Breakfast was in the dining room, but dinner is not sure if it was at another hotel (1 minute walk), since we ate there none of the days (had to book in advance). We had a room on the top floor which was quite large, with two bathrooms, a living room and giant room, corner. Heating worked perfectly, the bed was quite comfortable (somewhat soft for my taste), the water from the shower was not cut and came out with great force and best of all, the views.
Attention and friendliness of the reception staff was generally good, although as always had girls much more friendly and helpful than others. The waiters in the dining room didn't seem so helpful, but correct. In as far as cleaning the room fairly good, although perhaps at the baths could be improved.
Great, timely and fairly comfortable shuttle service (leave you walk from the cable car La Massana).

The impeccable service, incredible services. For example the school Baby, free service and adapt to it, the van that leaves you and collects in the gondola, etc. Room very large, comfortable and with two bathroom, which you can't never find in a quadruple room. Very rich breakfast and my daughter that lactose intolerant ea had lactose-free milk.

DISAGREEMENT: Is the second time I stayed with breakfast included but this time left me a room making small corner, no view where only saw a roof and some trees, the wardrobe door not could be opened fully since prevented it the table night, antique furniture and lack of amenities in bathroom.
Something cold on the inside and the heating was maximum.
Shower resvaladizo tray, nothing slip by what negligence may cause a fall.
I had to put a towel to prevent a possible fall. Shower enclosure of the dish was short so by the open part out water without being able to avoid it by wetting the floor of the bathroom.
Do I booked for 3 people a week and only we two were so 1 person saved, because they could have left me a room better!, hotel 4 *?
Last plant, 4th, not reached the elevator and you have to climb stairs suitcases or other things.
If you would like to bring you something to the room, you must pay 4e. Abusive.
The laundry service super, super expensive. Each piece has a cost, it is better to buy it again. Better they had available a laundry with washing machine and be able to make use of it as in other hotels paying a full wash. Impressive.
My daughter was bad and they went up breakfast at my request charging me the 4e, if the elevator had come to the plant I had uploaded it without paying the 4e. Unhappy.

This will be the second year that we go to the hotel and, although we tend not to repeat, in this case were so delighted treatment, breakfast and room that we will make the exception.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service is fast and efficient.
Breakfast buffet we liked the variety and the quality of everything.
The spa, as discussed in any other site user, would be much better if it could be enjoyed alone rather than with more people, although it is something that does not negatively affect because despite being with the other 4 people we were not uncomfortable.
The staff was friendly and correct.
It is worthwhile despite not being close to the ski slopes because just it takes 20 minutes to upload to any of the stations.
We repeat this Easter!

A hotel and clean, attention pretty well, but we had several errors since we hired the forfait grand valira thinking that we were the transfer to tracks and to get there we were told that it was only to vallnord, I don't know if it was my error or was not clear on the web (have not returned it to check). The package did not come to the hotel, and the light in the room was on 2 occasions. Commented that by way of information, since I do not give a greater importance to understand that they are things that can happen, the disorder was not high in this case. The staff was very attentive at all times. What really I didn't like was the food of the room service, very small salad and spaghetti very simple and few, opted out for dinner every day outside. In general, the experience has been correct while being a little below expectations, anyway would be willing to repeat even appreciate that they have in mind these comments to make the experience more complete.

We have passed this weekend with another couple and two children. Except a small misunderstanding with rooms the rest of the stay was very pleasant. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, with bath, buenisisima temperature in all rooms and fast cleaning service (went down to have breakfast at 9 am and 10:30 h room was ready). But for us the strong point of the hotel has undoubtedly been the restaurant. Breakfast buffet quality, where you will find various types of pasta, cereals, meats (not the crappy supermarket but the "pages") cheese, smoked salmon… Bacon, fried eggs, omelette etc. We ate 2 nights and food is presented very carefully, design (some traditional type '' trinxat '') dishes but you stay satisfied. We are not commenting, but because of the good staff we believe that they deserve it. 100% recommended.

Ideal for families, very spacious rooms, classic decoration, but practical and functional. He pack with ski pass is perfect, both in price and in comfort, on arrival you will be delivered, and you can skip the queues to buy it at the track. The breakfast opens at 8:00, a fair bit when you want to go to tracks about 9:00, it would be best to open at 7:30, as in almost all hotels.

I come to attend on a regular basis and I have stayed in the 2, ritz and suites (suites in the last few years) gral satisfied, but a renewal there would be more attributed to the passing of the years.

Amazing the fast service of the restaurant… and effectiveness, emphasize to Lluis and all the waitresses, without exception. To highlight also the friendliness of the shuttle service, very necessary. The exteriors are just perfect, the night lighting is very accomplished. Rooms spacious and very comfortable, with a cleaning service impeccable.

We have been very much at home in the hotel. Friendly staff, food for Christmas Eve, efficient service, room with new bathroom and comfortable temperature, very assorted buffet breakfast and well by staff, parking in the grounds of the hotel, bottle of champagne gift, finally, hospitable that have made our stay very pleasant.

I believe that the facilities are not consistent with a 4-star hotal. The most remarkable was the staff (the metre a pro) and cleaning, but the room needs a good comprehensive reform and both the breakfast buffet and dinner could have higher quality.

Hotel with a landscape very beautiful, the breakfast very varied and the dinner of quality. Spacious, comfortable and clean but too listened to the "neighbors", especially if accompanied by children. Great location to go to any site of Andorra in car, it bad is that is to them outside of the Massana and have that take the car for all. It has free parking.

It is an excellent stay in an idyllic place. The facilities are very good; spa, heated pool, spacious rooms and excellent service. We had half board and the food was wonderful and varied. Good afternoon, on their request they indicated that the stay has been very satisfactory. We have been a family of two adults and two children. The only thing that I think need to improve is the lunch/dinner. We had dinner only once, on the arrival day and the truth is that the food was not satisfactory and for the price that you pay less. A 4 stars without air conditioning despite a sequel in which we booked and paid for 2 adults and 2 children. We had a very uncomfortable bed sofa, mini bar empty, hygiene in the room which leaves to be desired, a heat in the stifling rooms and thus open windows that we we allowed to "enjoy" the noise of the cars…
Today, you send me a questionnaire (automatic I guess) but so far when we complain at the reception he we was answered that nothing could be done to us and the hotel was full.
So rather than trying to improve yourself with polls be more present to your customers as long as you have.
As for breakfast, those found in 2 stars are much better, much more diverse and plentiful.

All of the services that we use very acceptable, the employees we met were very cordial and correct, and our general impression has been very favorable. Things that can be improved: the subject of the Internet since the connection was unstable; the access door to our terrace did not lock well and the table of the terrace in a poor state of conservation.

Not a 4 star hotel: room dirty, noisy and in poor condition. The category of the room does not correspond to the real: the suites are large and crappy. Beds are half broken, amazing for a 4 star. The spa area is in another building and necessary book. Overrated.
