Poor sound insulation to the outside.
But very clean, comfortable, well arranged.
The staff are listening.
Geographical location far removed from everything, but what tranquility, what a view. It's worth it.

Noisy at night, the paper walls. You could hear every thing q did the adjoining rooms and the ones below, who until late did not shut up. The bubbles of the bathtub didn't work and the pool showers didn't work either. The midday menu identical to the evening, so I recommend not to eat and dine there the same day.
For the rest very good. Ideal to go with children (5min from naturlandia), super friendly service, beautiful pool with views, good room.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff, good English, nice rooms with great views both toward the mountains and towards the forest. I wish we had more time there to use the pool which has an incredible mountain view! Beautiful. The best part was of course that they were a cat friendly hotel. I saw a waiter checking on the cats and that is the main reason we will return. He really cared about the cats. We visited in summer beginning July 2018 and there were a few kittens. Comfortable enough with humans to let us hold them a little bit. There is a great children's play area. Table tennis and billiard with a cozy large lounge area with big screen. We did not have time for breakfast but I believe it comes with bubbles. You should ask about that. Free parking. Highly recommend.

It is a family hotel in a privileged enclave with a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice, friendly and they make you feel at home. 100% recommended. Excellent value for money.

Comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds and great setting to disconnect. Very very good dinner and breakfast was more than acceptable. I recommend for Tranquility.

An ideal hotel to stay with the family. The deal is very close and the enclave provides a spectacular view. The food is very good and always have hot soup for the kids to take something hot in these cold days.

Cozy, with a great deal, the dinners are delicious and get qt feel at home!

Well, the truth we do not like anything. Starting because I do not understand q a hotel will refuse to give a dinner at the end of the year, when I understand the q has q to be able to cater to all the guests. The cleaning is lousy, the beds incomodisimas, and to finish off the cleaning service we opened the door while descansabamos my wife and I (X the morning… and the truth q we like to sleep without clothes. Imagine intimacy zero. In the end we will never get back to that hotel.

I stayed at the Comabella as part of a large group and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is stunning, the hotel was clean and well maintained, the food good and the staff very helpful. Highly recommended.

Hotel is not bad all but staff leaves much to be desired, especially the Lady of reception which is in charge of collecting, is unpleasant and poorly educated.

Hotel not bad enough acceptable great site but being so section if you want to take something from the 12es mission impossible.
