They say they admit pets but barely tolerate them. Not a good place to go with your pet. The owner's daughter adores the animals but the owner is the opposite.

I have to say my first impression and review which I deleted was not correct and me jumping the gun was unnecessary. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. It was the only hotel in the area that accommodated our two huskies which are not small dogs. Yes the room was small but had all we needed as we are up early and back late. They even noticed I plumped the one pillow to make higher and when we returned they had put extra pillows without request which was nice. It is located well with a short drive to andorra and a good hike for adults and dogs behind the hotel along the river. I would recommend to people with dogs that have problems finding hotels that take large or more than one dog. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and to say we have very contented yet very tired dogs!

It is a small hotel quiet and quite comfortable. In the room ai fan, TV and fridge. The bathroom has hot water all the time and we found the room warm and clean when we arrived. To my I liked. Sure I'll be back.

Hotel with friendly staff and nice. Nothing to complain about.
Unfortunately very very badly soundproof but I also think that the rudeness of some clients towards others is for many. A little dated deserves a little refreshment: old very noisy flushing and shower with little pressure which is annoying when you wash your hair.
Room overheated but we opened the window and it was not unpleasant with the sound of the river. Room a little small and besides a single bed for 2 adults and a child it was not very convenient… Not the worst of hotels but would deserve improvements.

The student is simple and inexpensive.

The building is very old, dà scary to arrive, in its entirety it would be better but the cleanliness of the rooms is outstanding, the bed very very comfortable and the international breakfast with quality products is at a more than affordable price.
The staff is very attentive and polite the private parking is free and also on there is room available outside the property.
I'll definitely be back.

I imagined it worse after the comments. It is located in a very good and quiet area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I advise not to take the smoking room which smells a lot like tobacco, under there is a stay to smoke without having to go out on the street. There is no lift, with what I recommend if you go with kids, ask for room on the first floor. Quality-price, all right.

Cozy and very convenient! A very good choice for the money! Very attentive and cordial staff and very good food at the restaurant on premises! A free parking space, what makes it a good bet for driving around the whole of Andorra. Free Wi-Fi and very good breakfast. The manager and her son are very helpful!

Great rooms, well appointed and clean, a very warm and friendly welcome, with super attractive prices and a hearty breakfast and breakfast for the price.

Stayed here a weekend with my family and dog (pets allowed) and it's really close to Andorra la Vella. Free Wi-Fi and a cozy bedroom, with toliet and shower. Will repeat.

What a receptionist we have on the phone… Hahahahahaha what a fabric, you have lost a potential client!
I call to see if there are reservations for New Year's eve, it tells me that they have several reserved pending confirmation… I tell him if I can leave the phone for a possible cancellation and he says no… but woman take my phone number even if you're not going to call me! But it shows that you are professionals… This is how you show me that you have no fucking idea when it comes to dealing with clients.
That said, it's going to be hard for me to forget the name of hotel peralba thanks to this receptionist!

Location The place is very good. But the view from the window to the mountains and the Mountain River right under the Windows-it's unforgettable!

Hotel basic and with a try in some tucked some correct, but OK in others.

Quiet village and the very nice gentlemen. It eats very well.

It's very family hotel. No need of luxury when you're also well greeted.
