I'll definitely repeat, great treatment.

The hotel is quite nice in itself but the 4 stars are not justified.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
With us in the room behind the curtain the whole wall was infested with black mold, so you can not offer a guest not even free, because the mold is toxic.
But when we complained about this at the reception, we immediately got another room.

The hotel is beautifully central but unfortunately located in the pedestrian area.

Parking in the area is priceless at 50 ct per quarter of an hour.
And the seats of the hotel were already occupied, but this was not apparent before. As a result, we paid 24€ from 5-10 in the morning.
If we had known this before, we would have invested the money in a better hotel with parking.
We paid 47 € for a single double room. The bathroom is very nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable.

We came in in a hurry so we didn't get the best feeling, but we enjoyed the breakfast the next day.

It's a simple hotel. Small. Cozy. It doesn't pull.

Very well placed. Right in the city center. Near Caldea. But buffet too narrow dining room too small.

The breakfast was very good. When trying to turn on the hot air in the room it did not work, I went to ask reception and was told that the heating was already being removed at the beginning of May. I told them I noticed fresh as they had lowered the temperatures and told me that if they understood but they could not do anything. It's not really a four star, not a peep, it's a three. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated.

Most days there was no gluten-free bread despite having warned in advance. Low-quality, repetitive breakfast: spoiled coffee maker, chopped fruit with not very good appearance, very little variety… Unfriendly attention at reception. Ugly decor, antique appearance… Not worth 4 stars.

The hotel is ok. The rooms are small. My room faced some sort of pipe between the hotel walls which was making the noise all the time. Also it was very very very cold in the hotel room. When I asked it to be fixed I was advised to use the second blanket.

Charming hotel at the foot of the slopes and a few minutes walk from Caldea and Inuu. The service is OK but is better to have some notions of Spanish see Catalans because all the staff really does not make the effort to understand you.
It is little dated but corresponds to its hotel class. Breakfast until 10:30 is really a good thing.

The staff was very friendly at all times. Extremely small room and overlooking an inner courtyard that removes sleep, I would add the heat we spent still having the heating off. Bad Wi-Fi connection Despite the amount of routers that are distributed throughout the building. Breakfast was right (in my opinion I would reduce the pastries and add more variety of fruit and quality juices). Perfect location and of course it's not a 4 *, it would be 20 years ago, not right now.

Excellent stay, very clean and meals good and varied. Nice and cheerful staff which is rare in this kind of hotel.

I was interested in the hotel, I was five years ago and had no bad memory. No doubt I will not tread because of the attention of a such xarly reception. A customer service course would not do you any harm!

The hotel itself was good. Decent size room. Food for breakfast was just ok and the heat was unbearable, the conditioner was blowing only hot air and was told at the reception that its due to the cold weather that is coming up in the next days. Other than that, would recommend!

Not bad but the rooms are small the bathroom neither big nor small has a pass, that if everything very clean and eats well the menu 12, 5 and the dinner and breakfast buffet free There is all the breakfast 10 and dinner also 12, 5

Very good location… excellent price… The only downside is that the temperature of the interior rooms is very high… Careful if like me you're hot.

Absolute bargain. Clean spotless room, comfortable bed. Television with a couple of English channels. Wifi worked ok on 2nd floor. Friendly staff. Hotel top of town, near shops and restaurants. I would certainly return and recommend people to stay here.

The hotel is well located but the rooms smell terrible, we were told our room faced the street and it was not true, we offered the parking for 30 euros but they decided to charge us at the end of the stay 45. And both at reception and the hotel supervisor were disrespectful on numerous occasions, and even yelled at us. Except for the hotel, the experience in Andorra was fantastic, highly recommended. We'll repeat in another hotel.

We visited it as a couple for the August bridge and found it very good value for money because it was also very central, which was a small inconvenience when it came to parking near the hotel which is also a pay-per-week area. Clean rooms, well equipped but with some noise. They also prepare excursions and activities in Andorra, and on the ground floor they have restaurant which I can't comment on because we didn't use it.

I loved this place, hotel at a very good price, in the heart of Andorra and the receptionist were very friendly. Would definitely go back.

Disappointment to €85. Room 303. Little girl Maybe it's little. Bathroom with very limited mobility. TV with 3 channels and all with interference. You hear all the cisterns around on the headboard of the bed. A reception of the hotel itself of a pension, and not of a hotel supposedly of 4 stars… a disaster.

I was a few months ago and loved both the room where I install, the staff and the location. I have also eaten a few times in the hotel restaurant and it was all very rich.

The best in Andorra! Our first at this location. Only stayed 2 nights here everything from room, breakfast & dinner (buffett) was superb! Wish our stay here was longer. Definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were polite, helpful & friendly. Just brilliant!

Nice hotel, we tried the open buffet and was good and delicious.

Not a four star hotel. The rooms are a little dated, as is the rest of the hotel. They charge you if you remove food from the free breakfast. Staff were friendly and the location is excellent.

Toiled flush is VERY loud. Wifi signal wasn't working on all the places on our room. Toiletry was not complete. No toothpaste, yet there was bathrobe. No slippers either. Bed was comfy, very well located, room temperature-manager worked well.

Not a 4-star hotel by any chance. The Wi-Fi was the worst ever. The dinner and breakfast were good though.

We have just returned from this Hotel with my partner, I do not recommend it for anything, they charged us more than 100 euros for a buffet or waiter knew how to tell me that they were the things which were to eat, neither of which were made things, in the end by a piece of chicken we have been cheated.
rooms are very small, overwhelming the small which are, very hot in the rooms and not working air.
Cleaning women disrupted every morning and you would have the door to the room, you had to scream so not to enter… nothing of intimacy.
There is a very nice man at the reception in the evenings.

It is a beautiful site where the accommodation is very clean, the staff treat you as if you were about princes and have a meal in their restaurant is great with a dining room as comfortable and how if you eat in the home of your mother. In total the hotel as the staff are wonderful. We want to return in Andorra and in the same hotel we will be staying again :) ;) I give them a 10 with 10 stars :).

It is not a 4 star hotel! Although I got the room for a very low price, the fact they say it's 4 stars is an outright lie. Based on my experience it's between 2 and 3 stars.

All well and good, friendly service, all staff very friendly, the receptionists very well. In summary, a 10 on 10.
