Hotel not recommended would remove two stars of a plumazo, very deteriorated rooms, cleaning lousy toilet deteriorated old towels, cold dinners and little variety and from the last night of stay the dinner was not buffet which is what I had hired and we were given a menu that was the one they had prepared also for half day was cold and apart in my plate there were two hairs of considerable size Osea I paid as a 4 star and it's been a two-way stay. I don't recommend it.

The stay at Zenit diplomatic has been very good, the location excellent, the super attentive staff, we have been treated as if we were family not customers, I highly recommend this hotel and would repeat without hesitation.

A disappointment. We hired through smarthbox this hotel because it came with free parking and unlimited spa, thus giving up hotels of a higher quality because although we saw that the spa was not very big we thought it would be a point to spend the afternoon in the jacuzzi to celebrate our Anniversary. Arriving after 8 hours of travel we are told that parking is not free (17 euros night) and the spa also does not (7 euros an hour per person), we teach them what it puts in smarthbox and they tell us what there is. That's old-fashioned and let's talk to smarthbox. I had already written two emails asking to confirm this. I received no response other than after arriving at the hotel. I communicate it to the receptionist, he calls me a liar with very bad manners. I tell them that that's misleading advertising and they're ripping people off, to which they tell me that if I want I go to another hotel even though smarthbox is not going to give me back the voucher from the box. When I asked for the claims sheet they didn't want to give it to me and they refused go times I had to threaten that it wasn't legal and that if it was so I would take steps to give it to me. After having to park outside the hotel and go up from there all the luggage arrived and the room smelled fatal and the bathrooms were dirty. The supposed empty minibar and the whole room full of huge mosquitoes, not to mention the dimensions that in Spain would be a two star and obsolete furniture.

Excelent location, bot not really a 4star hotel. Rooms pretty old and the hotel itself not great.

4 star Hotel that does not even reach 2, on the web indicates individual air conditioning per room and when you complain that there is no they tell you to open the window, because you see the entire facade of the hotel with all the windows open the heat that made, parking difficult difficult to access and many things more than to make it look like a bad complaint I fell.

Hotel that offers a very fair service to be a four star. Very fair Triple room for three people, no pass area practically. Reception staff very friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Good location.

Very nice staff. The room was very good. The breakfast was a little different in low season, but we were 8 people and it is normal… I don't like to throw the food either to if it was all perfect.

Only three stars quality, very bad Wi-Fi signal, no duvet, only blanket, not comfortable at all.

It was clean and comfortable. It was close enough to the centre that you didn't feel too far out but away from it enough to keep the peace and quiet. Annoying that you had to pay €7 per person to use the spa facilities.

Glued to the commercial area. Very good location to go shopping. We were one night half board. The buffet at the Justito dinner and there was some dish something just looking and flavored. The breakfast buffet in change was very complete and more than acceptable. The parking was very close to the car. The right rooms. Value for money well given that we went with an offer.

The food in the hotel is rotten, poisoned several times during the stay. Book only without food if you need a bed in this location.

The spa area is very friendly.

A good hotel for 3 stars definetly not a 4 star hotel but adequate for our needs.

4 star Hotel that does not correspond with the same small rooms, food little variety do not put burdened little signs of information in the same only photo of the product you eat… A fish a pig a chicken. The breakfast a few big tails because they only have a toaster for the whole room and 2 machines for coffee and one for juices which is short and the most striking is that at dinner they put bottles of 1/5 of water and do not leave personals or the whole Nor those that are already open when you have paid for the half board, the policy of the hotel… incredible until they came out to attract the attention of a client who was eating an apple!

I found the reception very cold the rooms are not worth the asking price only positive point the breakfast. The hotel is not worth 4 stars.

The staff was very friendly and majisimo… but the mattresses very bad… to Cambiearlos urgently…

It depends where your room is located! We didn't have a great deal, with Cara doing the road. So much noise. But this yes-centric, you are 5 minutes walk from all the shops. And the staff-a charm, with all the people, what goes there, Shechem being friendly, quiet and with a smile. This is worth more than anything.

It lacks a renovation I will not return.

Pretty good bedding. It was a very nice breakfast buffet. Extra charge of 7 € per person for a tiny jacuzzi and being called Spa for all the hotel… abused. Parking paid €15 at night… its made dear the whole.

Lousy. Dwarf triple room, with the space to pass almost sideways. The bed made a lot of noise just sitting down, the air conditioner was not going, the elevator tiny and a broken one, under the bed a yogurt, ballpoint pen, powder in balls already. A mess. To sleep with an open eye or rather come out by legs. I went in July.

Helpful staff, clean rooms and close to shopping street. A little noisy due to its close to the main road.

Worst bed ever! So hard you could just sleep on the floor instead : (and the streetnoice was awful, checked out at 7 in the morning after the first night even tho I had payed for 2 nights! Nice and polite staff tho.

The hotel is OK to spend one night, but we still looking for the 4 stars. Locations is GOOD, Wifi POOR, EXPENSIVE for what it is, the rooms were CLEAN but the bed was pretty UNCOMFORTABLE. We won't come back.

Buffet not very fresh.

Dinner loose, the waiter queue I had a look that would have been better to stay home, I don't know why there was a day there was no buffet, and it was a la carte dinner (bad decision) since it took an hour to serve us the first dish, and it was cold, attached picture.

Lousy hotel room door hard to open it, at breakfast there began to be a leak in the roof, they took more than 15 minutes to stop the leak and is falling chunks of ceiling, no breakfast, they give you just enough and assumes that when you book, breakfast is included but they charge it apart, outdated rooms… I do not recommend not staying there, assumes that a 4 star but there is less star with best hotels.

The treatment has been unbeatable. Quite a hit. They have had the great detail of offering me gluten-free food without me ordering anything and have been attentive at all times. The employees are lovely. On my next visits to Andorra I certainly know where to stay.

This has been the 6th and last time that I return to this hotel. I have always been happy with the service since the receptionists have treated me very well, but this time have treated me with contempt and very impolite. Sunday, January 25 at 5 in the morning, arriving at the door of the hotel, the receptionist not opened the door. He looked at me with a face of disgust from top to bottom, and said "and you you want? ". I, meanwhile, I hallucinated colors because I didn't understand how someone could be so unpleasant. Had never treated me that way. To be treated so unacceptable to a regular customer like me, and is unfair that the name of this hotel are spotted by a so rude receptionist.

Needless to you a star, after booking the car arrived and was full, small and noisy room. The mini bar was closed with key and could be from my room to the of to the side by an inner door by removing a latch. By the way the wall overlooking the room of Familia.

I do not recommend this hotel. Assumes it has granted 4 stars. Do not eat at his restaurant, eat better at McDonald's that on the side.
