The staff was super friendly and helpful! We came late at night and they were up to let us in. He even helped us take our luggage upstairs! Definitely stay in Arka if you come to Shkoder. It’s chill and super worth it!
Nice rooms, very helpful personal, cozy terrace for breakfast and lively in the evening for Drinks, direct in the city centre.

What a great place this is. Not only because it is a hostel, because of the great garden, nice and funny personel, the common kitchen and relatively kind pricing. What I loved most is that it is an open minded place for youth, women and men. A place that in itself is not ‘all about the money’ and more ‘about the soul’. About making a difference in society.
